This was my first experience using a travel agent, I just had to give credit where credit is due. Eunice was absolute perfection! ?I never realized how much easier traveling could be with an agent. Eunice took care of everything—from picking the perfect destination to locking down seamless airport transportation. If I had a question or a change of heart about a detail, a quick message was all it took for Eunice to handle it. ?Safe to say I am never booking a trip alone again. Eunice is my agent for life! Thank you for making our trip so amazing.

This was our first trip to South America, so we were very thankful to have a local tour company to help us plan our trip and arrange all the details. Eunice did a great job with the initial planning. She was excellent and kept us informed along the way and was always available to answer any questions that we had. In retrospect, there is no way we could have planned such a great vacation with all the attention to details. The hotels, the drivers and the tour guides were all fantastic! Everything happened so seamlessly that we could totally relax and enjoy our trip. The itinerary, bus tickets, boat tickets, and plane tickets were all presented at the appropriate times. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about Peruvian history and culture and able to answer our many questions. The drivers were all very skilled and we were so glad that we didn't have to drive there. We were only there for 11 days of touring, with a travel day at either end, but were able to pack in so much. We visited Lima, Paracas, the Ballestras Islands, Nazca lines, Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. We highly recommend her!

Downtown Louisville surprised me in the best way, and it’s all thanks to my amazing travel agent, Eunice! ?She put together a trip where walking through Whiskey Row, spending time at Waterfront Park, and seeing the Ohio River views made the whole experience feel special. Her recommendations perfectly captured the mix of modern restaurants, historic streets, and relaxed southern energy that gives the city so much charm. It honestly felt like the kind of place where you can slow down a little, enjoy good food, good conversations, and just appreciate the moment. ?Eunice is a fantastic travel agent. 5 stars all the way!

First of all I want to say I never write reviews positive or negative but I had to give my input on my first experience with a travel agent. I want to give a shout out to my new and trustee travel agent Eunice West. I had no idea the perks and advantages of having a travel agent. From finding the perfect destination, to making sure we had transportation from and to the airport. Eunice was there every step of the way. If I didn't like something or wasn't sure about something he was one message away from taking care of the situation. I can honestly say I will never travel without an agent and I think I have found my agent in Eunice. Thank you Eunice!! We had an amazing time.
