Our family had long wished to travel to and experience the beauty and culture of Japan, but was always overwhelmed by the logistics of it all. That is where Kate stepped in. With her acute attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the country she planned for us the trip of a lifetime. The itinerary she created for us was highly structured and helped us feel confident that we could navigate our way across the country, but also gave us freedom to explore and enjoy our beautiful surroundings. From the logistical side of daily train schedules, to obtaining for us highly sought after and hard to get tickets to some of Japan’s most wonderful attractions and experiences, Kate went above and beyond to create a once in a lifetime adventure for us. Kate not only arranged for us to have some classic Japanese excursions but she also took us off the beaten path and exposed us to a side of Japan I don’t think we would have seen otherwise. Some of those out of the way, less “touristy” locations and experiences were some of our favorites. We had such a wonderful time we are considering returning in the future to explore even more of this amazing country. Of course, we will be calling on Kate again when we do. She will be our agent of choice for all our future travel plans. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to make their traveling dreams a reality.

Kate did a fantastic job advising us on sites to visit and gave us a great mix of the must sees that everyone goes to japan for, but had some fantastic alternatives for us that a lot of people miss when visiting Japan. What made our trip so great was the logistics planning Kate did. She had train schedules with suggested routes all planned out and it let us maximize our time taking in Japan rather than worrying about getting around. We will be going back to see Northern Japan and will definitely be using Kate again!

From booking our flights, planning out train routes, and finding exciting and unique experiences for us to enjoy while in Japan, Kate's itinerary was a huge success! The potential confusion that can come from being in a foreign country was an initial concern for me, but Kate's detailed and well thought out travel plan helped us to get around without getting lost or feeling overwhelmed. She also booked multiple fun and unique experiences for us that gave us a great mix of traditional Japanese landmarks as well as a peek at the more modern side of the culture. Overall, our trip was a huge success and it was all thanks to Kate's careful and detailed planning that allowed us to fully enjoy our time without the stress of figuring out logistics. I will definitely come back to her for my future travels!
