Planning travel for two people can be challenging. Planning travel for more than 100 guests requires organization, communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

One of my current projects involves coordinating a destination wedding at a family-friendly all-inclusive resort for more than 100 guests. The group includes approximately 50 reserved rooms and travelers arriving from multiple locations, each with unique needs, travel preferences, and scheduling considerations.

The selected resort is one of the most sought-after destination wedding properties in the Caribbean because of its recently renovated accommodations, beautiful beachfront setting, swimmable turquoise waters, family-friendly atmosphere, and extensive amenities for guests of all ages.

My role extends far beyond booking rooms. I assist with guest communication, room block management, reservation tracking, payment deadlines, travel documentation, resort coordination, transportation planning, and ongoing guest support. My goal is to serve as a central point of contact so that couples can focus on their wedding rather than managing travel logistics.

Throughout the planning process, the bride and groom have consistently expressed appreciation for my regular updates, responsiveness, organization, and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. For many couples, one of the biggest concerns with destination weddings is ensuring guests receive accurate information and timely communication. I help bridge that gap and create a smoother experience for everyone involved.
