Hi, I’m Heather — cruise lover, former cruise ship crew member, and your go-to travel advisor for unforgettable vacations at sea.Travel has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Before becoming a licensed travel agent, I spent years working onboard some of the world’s most recognized cruise lines, including Cunard Line, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Carnival Cruise Line.

Living and working at sea gave me firsthand insight into the cruise experience — from the little details that make a vacation seamless to the moments that turn into lifelong memories.These days, you’ll still find me cruising whenever I can, usually with family and friends, exploring new destinations and discovering the best experiences both onboard and ashore. I truly believe there’s a cruise vacation for everyone — whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or your very first sailing.

My background also includes working in hospitality with Hilton Hotels & Resorts family hotels, as well as internationally at a boutique hotel in Bondi Beach. Combined with my education in Travel & Tourism and an advanced diploma in Advertising, I bring both industry knowledge and a personalized approach to helping clients plan vacations they’ll never forget.
