We just got back from our Hawaii cruise, and wow, what a trip. Planning for six people (grandparents, parents, and two kids) could’ve been chaos, but Katie made it feel easy. She picked the perfect ship, perfect cabins, and excursions that worked for everyone.
The grandparents loved the relaxing sea days, the kids lived in the pool and activity areas, and we all got to explore Hawaii together without stress. I Thought I Didn't Need a Travel Agent — I Was Wrong

For years I booked all my own travel. Hotels, flights, cruises, I did it all myself and was proud of it. I honestly did not think a travel agent could do anything I could not do with enough time and a good internet connection. A friend convinced me to give Katie a try and I am embarrassed it took me that long.
From our very first conversation, she knew things I did not know to ask. She caught details I would have missed, found cabin categories and itinerary options I never would have found on my own, and handled every piece of the planning with a calm confidence that made me feel completely taken care of. There was not a single moment of stress from booking to boarding.
I have now booked multiple trips and cruises with Katie and the answer to "who planned this?" is always the same. I do not touch my own travel anymore. Not because I cannot, but because once you experience what it feels like to have Katie in your corner, there is simply no reason to.

Christmas in New York!

We trusted Katie to plan our family Christmas trip to New York City, two adults, three teenagers, and she absolutely delivered. Anyone who has traveled with teens knows they can be hard to impress, but Katie put together an itinerary that had all five of us genuinely excited every single day. She balanced the iconic Christmas moments — the Rockefeller Center tree, holiday window displays on Fifth Avenue, a Broadway show, with enough flexibility for the kids to feel like they had room to breathe and explore. Hotels, restaurants, logistics, everything was arranged seamlessly. We never once had to stress about where we were going or what came next. It just flowed. Best stay for our Graduation Party

We rented this beach house for my daughter's graduation party and Katie made the entire experience exceptional. Her communication was quick and clear from the very first message, and her attention to detail made the booking process completely stress-free. The house is steps from the beach, had plenty of room for our whole group, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Everything was perfectly in place, nothing was overlooked. Best trip we've ever been on!!

I don't know how we would have put all of this together without Katie! Not only did she find us awesome hotels in the best spots we could have chosen, but also took care of all of our transportation & tours (finding people that spoke English too), & made sure that they showed up on time. She checked in on us multiple times per week to make sure everything was going smoothly & even made some last minute changes for us from across the world. This went from a trip that I didn't really want to go on to one that I never wanted to leave! I can say for sure that had we tried to plan this ourselves we would never have had such an amazing time! I've already recommended Katie to multiple people including my mother who has booked with her multiple times, she really is the best!!
