When we learned Kathryn was a Travel Agent, we asked her to book a cruise for us. Our experience was wonderful. She automatically included or asked us about items we had not even considered. Needless to say, when we took our trip, everything was perfectly planned and laid out. Since our first cruise, we have used Kathryn’s services for all of our travel. This includes a few cruises; and our church group going on a cruise/tour of Alaska. After these positive experiences, we will always use a travel agent for these types of trips. Kathryn was referred to me by a friend who has had a number of unique vacations which she researched and booked, so he insisted that I give her a chance. We're very happy that we did! Our customized Italian vacation was wonderful.
From the hidden historic boutique Roman hotel to all the skip the line tours and a template for plenty of self-guided exploration and dining, our Roman experience is a lovely memory.
Same in Florence where our hotel was right on the Ponte Veccio and walking distance to everything. Our one on one chef experience that started with farm market shopping then pasta making and cooking a four course healthy Italian meal in her home was the highlight that Kathryn put together.

Kathryn is a true professional and with her knowledge of a lot of the countries she's been to, even lived in, she was great to work with. She was always keeping us informed on flight status, checked us in on line with the airline, made sure the resort knew about our anniversary and special dinner so we basically didn't need to worry about a thing. She even hand delivered our travel itinerary/documents and went over the more important items with us face to face. I've already recommended her to co-workers and will definitely use her again for our next trip(s).
