I took my 98 year old mom on a 5 day/4 night MSC cruise to Ocean Cay and Nassau in December 2024. Michelle asked all the right questions to get us on a cruise we’d both enjoy! She got us very close to the elevator (my mom is in a wheelchair) and we had a beautiful balcony. My mom is a picky eater and the restaurant Michelle chose for us was perfect. I got to try some fancy foods and mom got the basics! We both loved the desserts. My mom was thrilled to play the slots and made lots of friends in the Casino. The staff went above and beyond in helping me with the wheelchair. We will definitely use Michelle if we are able to go on another cruise!

We contacted Michelle to help us book a cruise to Aruba. We often use the cruise lines planners but decided to give Michelle a try. We knew the dates we wanted, the ship and the itinerary. We even gave her our cabin preference. She returned our request with some bad news, our cabin location was not available. She had an alternative cruise option, with all of our requests. Apparently the itinerary was very popular, and cabins were going quickly. There was no time to panic since Michelle had a date and cabin picked out. She contacted us a couple of times prior to our departure to see if we needed anything. What a pleasure it was to deal with Michelle. The cruise was fantastic.
