Working with James was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Not only was he very responsive and personable, but he was also extremely knowledgeable. I had not been to Disney for 15+ years. He was able to give me guidance about what was new and what we might like. He also took the time to schedule all my meals and Fast Passes, and he did it in such a way that the restaurants coincided with the parks we would be in each day. last but not least, he reached out to me via text on our first day in Disney to make sure everything was OK.

James was everything I could have wanted in a travel agent! I will definitely use James again, and I will refer others to him whenever I get the chance.

This was our first trip to Disney with our kids. Both my wife and I visited when we were children. Considering how many permutations are involved with planning a successful trip like this, and knowing how our brains aren’t hardwired for it, James was an amazing resource. His communication was appropriately timed clear and informative. We did not stress at all about the trip! He really took our preferences into consideration and anticipated things we didn’t even think about. James helped us plan a multi-generational trip with 20 people to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure. He recommended a great hotel (Port Orleans French Quarter - highly recommend), took care of our park tickets, recommended amazing restaurants (Coral Reef was so good and 50s Prime Time Cafe so fun) and booked the tables (no small feat with out party size!) and sent us regular tips about how to make the most of our trip. When I secured a lightening lane to Rise of the Resistance a little too close to one of our dinner reservations, he seamlessly adjusted our dining time. His knowledge and enthusiasm for all things Disney shows. You can tell James really cares about making sure you love your Disney experience.

We've used James as a travel specialist for our last three trips to Disney World, and he is amazing! He's on top of all the deadlines and attends to all the little details. He made all of our dining reservations and was able to get all our first choices and desired timeslots AND booked a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique experience! There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with James. Being big Disney fans for generations, as you may or may not know, since the pandemic Disney has become quite tricky to maneuver. Although we have been to Disney World many times, now being senior citizens & planning a trip with our granddaughter, I was worried about all the technical aspects of planning in the parks, i.e. park reservations, accounts, phone apps, dinner reservations. James set everything up for us, down to the last detail. He was always available to answer any questions that came up, made suggestions, and was so patient with regard to my lack of technical skills. We had a blast, made many more memories & if we are blessed enough to make another trip, we will definitely turn to James!

James was absolutely amazing! I have been to Disney in the past, but never after having a child (my son turned 3 during the vacation). James made every part of the process easy, and probably responded to way too many annoying e-mails and texts from me.

He not only helped us decide where to eat and stay, but he made all the reservations for me. It was also great that I could text him on the trip for any last minute changes I wanted to do.

James responded to every e-mail and text immediately, and even notified me when prices on my vacation went down and got me a refund.

Thanks James, can't wait to use you again for our next trip!

When it came time to book my first-ever Disneyland trip, I was at a loss. I've been to WDW in Florida so many times, and I know the travel routine for that park, but Disneyland accommodations are completely different, and I knew I'd need help. James came highly recommended by a friend, and his reputation is well-earned. James knew practically everything about the parks, the hotels, the surrounding area...everything! I even had a last-minute emergency with my flight landing after the last Disneyland shuttle would be running for the day, and while I was in the air to CA, James was working diligently, resolving my hotel shuttle situation. If you need a Disney travel agent, I'd send you to James every time.

James was incredibly helpful during every step of planning our trip to Disney World & Universal Studios. He sent me reminders, and always answered questions I had amazingly promptly. Makes life easy with booking a complicated vacation. Always available to help no matter what time of day, and he always checks in with you during your stay to make sure everything is spot on.

Lets start with Universal. Park Rides were a dream with Fast Pass any ride as many times never ever waited more then 5 min. for any ride. I did feel like we may have been the minority when it came to English speaking people at the Parks. I thought that the 20.00/ 27.00 charge for Parking per day was absurd. Ate two meals in Hard Rock The Kitchen Breakfast which was excellent but overpriced. at almost 100. for 4. Food for Dinner at Kitchen was good but limited choices and took long time to get our food. Facility was great and rooms VG but we lost water in the building for 5 hours one day so we missed a dinner res. but they comped the parking and a $38.00 for a 10 in pizza with a coke in room. Thought food in park was weak in taste and way way over priced. Disney the Room at Poly. was great and big enough for 4 adult as you said. Disney as expected was great and what you expected. I'm not sure about the food plan yet we had to force ourselves to eat the fast Service at the end. Boat House food was Excellent but this is the the issue with the food plan, You pay for a potatoes, you pay for a salad, Who goes and has a piece of meat and desert @2 point Each. and nothing with it. I would not have done the plan if I knew that clearly. still had a 100. bill no alcoholic with plan there. I did not think that much of the concierge service at the Poly not very knowledgeable. Also phone in room worked sometime and not and we had issues with refer, overheating. Personal comment is I know a Guy and his wife going on 70 should have done just one place either Disney or Universal not both in one week just based on walking.. Also wished I knew about Airline check in at Disney hotel. Did not learn till Bell guy came up. Good Trip, Expensive, It's amazing that, that many people and afford to go there. America what a wonderful country !!

My family was planning our journey to the Happiest Place on Earth last year in honor of our daughter's graduation from high school. While I like to consider myself a savvy traveler, my expertise is on business travel. I had quite a few questions on the ins and outs of getting my family to Disney World, and James was able to answer them quite thoroughly. His knowledge is not just that of a person that read a few books on the parks, he has obviously been there many times. His tips were both helpful and insightful. If you need someone to lead you through the myriad options that face a family as you prepare to book a trip to visit Mickey and friends, you couldn't do better than to enlist James as your guide.

As a single mom and full time teacher, I was totally overwhelmed by the logistics of planning a Disney trip. James Dolan not only made all the reservations for me, he was full of wisdom and advice that proved invaluable before and during our family trip. James was such a help to us! We planned a Walt Disney World trip for 4 different families from different states and he coordinated everything for us! He was so good to respond to us when we called or wrote, no matter what he was doing! One of our families wanted to get into a certain place to eat but they waited too long to make their reservation and when they tried to do it themselves, the system said there was nothing available. This was our first trip to Disney world with our 2 daughters ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2. James was so helpful from the very beginning with hotel suggestions, even switching hotels to accommodate dining plan promotion, to the end of the trip while we wanted to change some things while we were there. I feel like I am fairly knowledgeable about Disney World and could plan a great trip but when I was placed in charge of planning a trip for 6 adults and a seven year old I knew I would need some help. 5 of the 7 had never been before so I wanted to make sure that they had the best trip possible so I contacted Destinations in Florida and James answered back. He helped me all the way from booking the trip to the restaurants and giving us amazing tips along the way. If we had any problems (and we had quite a few) he took care of it right away and I was never without answers for very long. I couldn't ask for a better travel agent and I'll be using him for our next trip!

James Dolan did an excellent job of helping my family and I prepare for our trip to Disneyland. He recommended a very good hotel, the AnnaBella, that wound up saving us a substantial amount of money over staying in the resort. It was in a convenient location and offered a small separate room for our daughter at a reasonable cost. James helpfully explained the ways that Disneyland has changed since the last time I was there ~30 years ago, including how to use Fast Passes. I especially appreciate that he talked me into getting a Park Hopper ticket that included California Advventure, which we enjoyed a great deal. Waits were still long, but we were able to do much much more than if we had just tried to plan on our own. James also recommended lunch places, which worked out well. I highly recommend James Dolan!

Disney World is an enormous place and of course we wanted our family to experience it all. I was so thankful when I found this company, instead of spending hours upon hours reading websites and books. James made sure we left Disney feeling as if we did see everything we wanted to see. His itineraries worked well for our family of six and they were easy to understand and follow; without them I would of felt lost. I would recommend anyone who was in our situation (first timers) to James.

It was our first family trip to Disney and we would’ve been totally lost without Jame’s help. He exceeded our expectations while helping us design the perfect vacation. He kept us on task and on track for the 11 months leading up to the trip and was available during the trip for any questions. The combination of James and our Magic bands unlocked 100% more of the Disney magic. We definitely wouldn’t have seen or done 1/2 the things without his planning and guidance. James is very friendly and easy to communicate with. No matter how many times we write to him with questions or concerns he always answered our questions no matter how big or small. He is always on top of the special discounts even before Disney releases them and tries really hard to get everything he can applied to our trip to bring down the cost. He works really hard to get all of our Advanced Dining Requests which saves us the hassle of getting up early in the morning with everyone else traveling on the 180 day mark. We are always pleasantly surprised by the small added touches James puts forth for our trip. Even during the course of our vacation James likes to check-in to make sure our room, etc. is satisfactory. I have many Disney vacations under my belt, but I can no longer imagine planning a vacation alone. Once you use an agent like James you don't want to plan any vacations without him.

Working with James made our Disney experience Magical. He kept in close contact with us at all times. All of his reminders kept us on schedule. Having a Mouse Planner was so much better then years ago when you called Disney Travel and never could talk to the same agent. If we plan another trip we will definitely contact James Dolan again!
