Danube River Xmas Cruise

Mentioning to Leslie of my desire for a river cruise a few years ago, she called a few months later of an opportunity to cruise the Danube for Christmas. The cities, the stops, the ship seemed PERFECT, booked immediately! Leslie has been very proactive is getting the highest quality, best value, including rooms, at a great price. Having never "cruised", Leslie has held my hand during the entire process. Questions were asked and those not immediately answered, were addressed fast. Assistance with trip protection and medical insurance were desired, with all details and cost immediately provided. Assistance with air travel? - done. When a very reasonably price pre-cruise excursion in Prague was offered, Leslie, with absolutely no pressure to purchase, was passed along; days added. The entire experience has been professional and pleasurable. Leslie operates in very low-stress, informative and friendly manner.

Best Travel Expert Ever!

Had I known Leslie Janney before, I would have traveled MUCH more! I am not good with planning, making reservations, creating vacations, so sadly I limited travel since I disliked doing the prep work. Well, recently we discovered LESLIE!!! And our travel life has exploded because it's no longer a burden! All we need to do is tell Leslie where we want to go and she listens, suggests, researches, reserves and gets us there and back seamlessly. Now travel IS a VACATION - especially cruising which we found to be our happy place. Mexico, Alaska, the Rhine RIver Cruise...

First Cruise

This was my 1st Cruise, it was organized by Leslie Janney. We had 24 ladies on our Cruise, Leslie handled everything for us! She got our Hotels booked, our transportation handled, our flights (to all travel together, 24 of us!), and the Cruise-which she then organized a group meal, activities to join in, and suggested fun outings as well as an 80’s night (dress-up), a White night (dress-up) and so much more.
We Cruised Norweigan Aqua, which was a beautiful Ship. We cruised through the Caribbean Islands and made multiple stops throughout our trip. Everyone had a fantastic time and made plenty of memories along the way.

Leslie has coordinated 4 or 5 trips for me just in the last year. Her attention to detail is outstanding, she is always available to answer questions and I know my happiness is a priority to her.
I recently got stuck in Miami during both horrific weather and the TSA issues. Leslie stayed on the phone with me and sorted it all out, I was a basket case at 11:30 at night and she was right there for me. ??
