Melissa has booked my vacations for many years. She seems to miraculously get me extras and is always reliable and thinking of how to improve my trips.

Melissa was amazing, she guided us through all the unknowns and was there everytime I called and worried her with TONS of questions. When we arrived at the resort they tried to sell us future stays and they could not match the prices we received from Melissa. Will be using her for all of our future travel needs!!!

Melissa was always willing to help us with any question, big or small, that we had and was always friendly.

Melissa was very helpful getting this trip together for 3 families!

My brother gave me the location and asked Melissa for her advice about the location, she had experience with the resort but advised me to go with the grand package and got it for the price of the one we were planning on going with. Im glad she gave us this option as we did not know it was an option, made our vacation more pleasurable and was a huge upgrade from the original plan. This trip was also my first trip out of the U.S. and Melissa gave us all the do's and don't's, she was there for every question or concern I had and made the trip an awesome experience. I'm actually in the works of planned our next get away. Thanks again Melissa!

Melissa has been great to work with. She has been very responsive to my emails or phone calls.

Excellent

Melissa is an absolute professional. I have worked with travel agents for more than 25 years and there is no comparison to her skill set.

From my first phone contact, Melissa was attentive, informative and a true consultant. She immediately went to work helping me to select the vacation I wanted in an extremely quick manner. All my options were in budget and I had enough choices to help me make an informed decision.

Important side notes:
My rates were less than any travel site.
She made sure all passports were in order.
The transfers from hotel to airport were seamless.
Her follow up to make sure my expectations were met was spot on.

I will use Just Cruisin' Plus from today forward. It's just too easy. No. I am neither a paid blogger nor am I affiliated with Just Crusin' Plus. I am simply this happy!

Melissa you are best of class!

Melissa went above and beyond to help us book our cruise and although our flight was difficult— Melissa found some way to find a perfect flight for my husband and me

It was a pleasure. Mellissa did all the work getting it set up and paid for. She advised us what we needed to do and answered all our questions.

I was at the end of my rope doing the self booking cruise thing. At the 5th cancellation of a bucket list cruise to Greece I called Just Crusin' and was connected to Melissa Bullock. I simply asked, "Who is cruising in Greece in July". She promptly sent me 3 options. I wanted to build it around our original flights and she was able to do that through Celebrity. I liked how she kept me informed and made sure we had done all the Covid travel requirements. I have since used her for other bookings.

Melissa is did a good job for us. She was responsive and helpful.

Very responsive
Great feedback
Good guidance

Excellent

Melissa was able to put together an amazing trip with such little notice. We had an idea of what we wanted to see and she made our transitions flawless! We had a blast at each destination and enjoyed the itinerary.

Melissa has been great. She keeps you informed and was always available to answer any questions we asked. As a result, we are booking another 4 night cruise with her celebrating our anniversary.

Melissa has helped with all of our cruise's. Being a senior, she has gone above to help us understand the new technology needed to book and review our itinerary for both cruise and air flights. She will help with every aspect of getting you the best value for your money. We won't travel without her help.

Very easy and accessible to work with. Prompt and thorough responses. Always pleasant to work with either directly or via email.

Great job. Melissa was able to arrange everything we wanted from cruise , tours, insurance and flight reservations. Even contacted her while we were away to upgrade our airline tickets for the return flight. She made the planning easy and was able to answers all our questions with a smile.

Was contacted by Ms Bullock concerning the tour of Italy's cities about a year prior to trip. She was always quick to respond to my questions & inquiries. This was my first overseas trip with a travel agency. I was always informed of the status of payments or whatever prior to leaving. Was pleased w services provided while on trip. Will definitely contact again for next trip,

Melissa was amazing and totally took care of us. Little details, like where the rooms were on the ship... only an experienced agent could do what she did for us. Basically all we had to do was make one phone call and she did the rest!

So helpful and quick to answer any questions we had! We traveled with friends this time as well and they were just as happy!

Melissa hears what we want in a trip and gets it set up for us perfectly. She is attentive and knowledgeable. Our first trip has been rescheduled 3 times due to Covid, and we have our fingers crossed that we will make it in May, but we were able to slip in another trip, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. With her arranging it all, it was a seamless experience for us.

I’ve booked several cruises with Melissa and she’s always done a wonderful job!

Melissa was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was so helpful not only in helping us find the perfect vacation, but going to extra step in making sure it was everything we needed! She took care of us before, while on and even after the trip. She went above and beyond!!! If you are wanting to have someone meet not only meet your wants, but exceed them, Melissa is the one for you!

Melissa was great to work with. She researched and offered options based on what kind of trip we were looking for.

Wonderful! So helpful and quick to get back to you! She really finds exactly what you are looking for and makes it an experience to remember!

Very efficient and very professional

Melissa is one of the best agents with whom I have ever worked. She made sure that I had the kind of experiences which I wanted. She went above and beyond. She provided choices which I could review and pick. She somehow made the impossible happen by getting a bungalo on the water in Figi when all rooms normally would be reserved. I would recommend her for all your travel needs.

Many cruises, most recent Europe. London, Scotland, Iceland, Greenland. Melissa always takes care of every detail.

Awesome cruise from London to several different countries. Iceland was beyond our expectations. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s all the rage these days to claim that Travel Advisors can be replaced by AI. As a fairly proficient AI user, I can tell you that Melissa has no fear of being replaced by technology. My husband and I are seasoned travelers, and frequently are part of tour groups and all-inclusive cruises. For our “once in a lifetime” Australia trip, we were really looking for something bespoke for just the two of us, but were a little leery of trying to go it on our own. Melissa put our minds at ease in one phone call. She did the most amazing job of listening to our vision of a trip that was custom made for us and made it all come true. What started out as a wee bit overwhelming has turned into an experience we helped create, and she made effortless. This week, in advance of our trip, Melissa sent us a “care package” of maps, language guides, stickers, lanyards and great pre-trip reading materials. Just when we thought we couldn’t be more excited, here we are.

Melissa was, from start to finish, an excellent travel representative. She was so thorough with all our plans and preparations. She not only explained all the ins and out of the trip to Italy, she was called us back promptly to answer any questions and clarification needs. She is reliable and knowledgeable. I felt confident in her expertise and she put our nervousness for traveling abroad at ease.

Helpful, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I was a little late booking a trip and reached out to Melissa to help me find a specific trip within a very strict budget. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect itinerary and my group and I had an absolute blast. She was quick to respond with questions and provide assistance, even while on her own trip.

She is very professional.

Melissa's service was excellent in setting up the tour with Globus, the airfare, the insurance, the additional excursions and other recommendations. Her experience with traveling and travel planning were extremely helpful. Our trip was great and would highly recommend Melissa as your travel agent.

Melissa was very responsive to all our needs and did an excellent job of maintaining critical communication. We had several glitches that had to be worked out because of some unusual travel requests that we had and she worked hard to make our trip as smooth as possible.

Melissa Bullock is a top-notch professional. Melissa was easily available and patient with all the many questions we had. Even through several delays, due to Covid, we were always kept completely in the loop and always felt our needs mattered to Melissa. When the time for our trip finally arrived, it was flawless, from start to finish. The group we worked with through Melissa Bullock was Image Tours. We cannot thank Melissa enough for bringing this tour to our attention and providing us a journey we will remember the rest of our lives. Would we work with Mellissa Bullock again or recommend her? In a heartbeat. Thank you, Melissa, for not only making this dream come true but rising above all expectations.

She is professional, helpful and timely with information and details.

I've used Melissa to oversee my trips on numerous occasions for over 10 years. She has planned cruises to multiple locations as well as a "never to forget" 40th Anniversary trip to Europe. She works hard to stay connected during the planning and purchase process, details within the trip, and follow-up upon the return home. I highly recommend Melissa and her services to everyone. She is great! Thanks, Melissa!!

Melissa was incredibly helpful and responsive anytime we had questions or concerns, very easy to talk to and made planning our cruise an absolute breeze!

Our experience was A+++....Melissa is super detail oriented from the beginning to the end, with follow-up calls and emails to ensure every detail of the trip is taken care of. We spent 1st week in London and Liverpool in which Melissa got us a great hotels, Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tours, Beatles Extravaganza Tour, a fabulous excursion to Paris and champagne luncheon in the Eiffel Tower, plus transports that got us everywhere we needed to go! Our 2nd week was a European cruise which began in England with ports in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany. LOVED the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus/cruise in Amsterdam...SO great! Thank you, Melissa! It truly was a trip of a lifetime! Really hoping we can do it again soon!

Melissa helped my wife and I book our dream honeymoon in Belize. She was super helpful throughout the entire process and made our trip so much easier than if we had tried to book ourselves. I would highly recommend Melissa for anyone looking for a simple, stress-free international vacation plan.

Melissa was available and willing to help through every step of the planning of our trip. She offered tips and suggestions where appropriate, but allowed our decisions to determine the outcome. Very easy to work with.

Melissa has been very polite, patient and informative throughout my contact with her. This is our 1st ever cruise and then all this happens with the virus. She replies my emails promptly and returns my calls whenever I call.

Melissa was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. She suggested excursions and side trips we never would have know about and helped us pick just the right hotels and flight connections. Highly recommended!

Melissa was very helpful in planning my trip to Niagra Falls. It was so nice not having to research the air travel and hotel accommodations. She was very detailed and kept in contact with me on a regular basis. I will definitely be in contact with her for future trips.

Melissa was always available and worked quickly to answer all of my questions.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with her.

Melissa was very professional and attentive to my group's needs. (There was 4 couples in our group) She provided the necessary information we needed to decide on our trip. She also assisted us in addressing any concerns we had. She was also willing to deal personally with each member of our travel group.

Melissa was most efficient and helpful concerning our recent European trip. She went above and beyond in helping us plan this trip of a lifetime. I don't think she could have worked any harder to ensure us such a memorable vacation. I would definitely recommend her to others.

ing us plan this trip of a lifetime. I really don't know how she could have worked harder for us to insure a memorable vacation. She was certainly an asset.

From the very beginning, Melissa was very helpful, informative, and professional in dealing with our group. We had several questions along the way and she was always helpful and quick to respond to our needs. She is an excellent agent and I would recommend her to anyone.

As a first time cruiser, Melissa was invaluable. She provided answers to many questions in a prompt way.She provided a first time cruisers checklist which was a great help. The small fee charged for Melissa registering you for the cruise and getting all the paperwork correct is well worth it. I will not cruise without Melissa - period. We didn't have any trouble as she had everything in order. If some problem had occurred, we knew she was always there to straighten things out. Also, we had a wonderful cruise experience.
