I’m Christina, and if you’ve reached out to Yellow Umbrella Events, there’s a good chance I’ll be one of your first points of contact- making sure everything starts off organized, efficient, and clear from the very beginning. 

My background started in acting, which shaped how I communicate and stay composed in fast-moving situations. Since entering the travel industry in 2016, I’ve applied those skills to client experience and sales support, managing a high volume of leads. 

I’ve personally explored over a dozen resorts throughout Mexico, focusing on how each property actually functions for real groups. That firsthand experience allows me to guide clients with clarity and confidence, not just based on what looks good on paper. 

As I expand into the luxury space, including group river cruises, my focus remains the same: creating a structured, seamless experience from the very first interaction. I’m fluent in understanding and reading Spanish, which helps me navigate communication with our resort partners and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. 

At the core of what I do is simple- I take what can feel overwhelming and make it clear, organized, and easy to move forward with.
