Hello!  Let me introduce myself, I am a fan of all things Disney and a fan of all things involving travel.  Put those two passions together and you get me!  I have been in the leisure travel business since 2015 and many years ago I worked in the corporate travel world for a few years.  In between those two careers I have worked in the retail world, giving me years of experience in customer service.  Working in leisure travel, I feel that education and gaining knowledge is important to my success in helping you have the best vacation memories possible!  I have successfully completed my CTA (Certified Travel Agent) certification, Princess Cruises Princess Academy earning my Commodore Status,  Disney College of Knowledge, Universal Theme Park Specialist and successfully earned my ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor).  All of these certifications require me to take refresher courses every year keeping me current and up to date on all things travel related.  Currently, I am adding destination specialities to my knowledge base including Hawaii and Mexico (specifically the Riviera Maya region).
