Claudia was EXCELLENT in every aspect giving genuine advice based on what we wanted and needed. The actual sifting though the many options was the most time consuming. Once the decision was made, Claudia set up all of the accounts and made the process seamless. Everything went perfectly without any glitches. Our team of 15 had the most incredible week of their lives, mixing learning with fun!!! I’d HIGHLY recommend Claudia as I found her to be very professional and it was never about the money and pushing us in a direction where things were more expensive, but advising on the pros and cons so that we could make very informed decisions. I’d definitely use her again and again.

Travelling with 2 kids, aged 4 and 2, we knew it was going to be a bit stressful but Claudia organized the trip so efficiently from start to end that it went so smoothly and we all had an amazing experience. She organized everything from the hotel to the lightning lanes, the character dining, the park passes and even the itinerary for the parks giving us time to relax at the hotel on some days and enjoy the amenities and then enjoy the parks as well. She even sent us a detailed PDF of the whole itinerary and checked in with us through the trip to see how things were going. There is no way we ever do another Disney vacation without Claudia's help. We're already discussing a Disney cruise next year with her. Thanks Claudia for everything!
