The beginning of a “magical” experience

The “Magic Route” to Orlando began nine years ago when, through a personal experience with my wife, we discovered the importance of understanding the intricacies of this vacation destination, one of the most visited in the world. We realized that very few travel agents are truly prepared for such a rapidly changing destination, which could result in a very unpleasant experience if not properly managed. My experience in customer service and my long career as a journalist led us to refine our skills to such a degree that, a few years later, we were part of Magic Holidays Travel Agency (our parent agency). This allowed us to become certified with prestigious companies such as Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld for theme parks, and for other experiences, Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages, and many more. Today, we can say that we have consolidated ourselves, on the one hand, as agents specializing in "magical destinations" also providing an excellent service and, on the other hand, as part of an agency that upholds the same values with which we work, our parent agency.
