Scandinavia is a region I know through immersive, firsthand exploration—having traveled multiple times across each country, experiencing it in different seasons and styles to better design meaningful, elevated journeys for my clients.In Denmark, I’ve explored the magic of winter in Copenhagen during Christmas and New Year’s, where festive markets, royal history, and the charm of Tivoli Gardens—one of the world’s oldest amusement parks—create an unforgettable atmosphere rooted in tradition and design.My journeys through Finland have been deeply immersive, beginning in Helsinki and continuing aboard the iconic Santa Express night train to Rovaniemi. In Finnish Lapland, I’ve experienced the magic of the Arctic firsthand—crossing the Arctic Circle, staying in glass igloos in Saariselkä and renowned properties like Kakslauttanen, enjoying daily sauna rituals and cold plunges, and taking part in authentic snow experiences such as dog sledding, reindeer encounters, snowmobiling, and Northern Lights expeditions. Witnessing the aurora borealis for six consecutive nights is a moment that continues to inspire how I design these journeys. I’ve also explored Levi, where I embraced the region’s winter lifestyle, including skiing with private instruction and connecting with Sámi culture.In Sweden, I’ve combined city and Arctic exploration—from the elegance of Stockholm to the adventure of Swedish Lapland. A highlight was boarding an icebreaker in the frozen Baltic Sea, walking on the ice, and experiencing a true Arctic cold plunge—an unforgettable and rare experience.My travels through Norway have blended land and sea, including journeys through its iconic fjords and coastal towns. I’ve experienced scenic rail routes through snow-covered mountains, kayaked in the breathtaking Geirangerfjord, and explored picturesque villages rich in Viking history and natural beauty, combining both cruise and overland perspectives.These personal experiences allow me to design seamless, highly curated itineraries that balance adventure, culture, and understated luxury—from Northern Lights journeys and winter expeditions to summer fjord explorations.
