Paige is wonderful!!! My honeymoon and anniversary trip had several changes due to COVID. Paige was always on top of it to fix it. We were very happy with the outcome of both trips and certainly will use Paige for the next one.

I have depended upon Paige Heitzmann for coordinating my major travel since my honeymoon back in 2004, and most recently asked her to take care of my "dream vacay" with an Amtrak excursion this past summer. She did an amazing job!! I had several preferences that needed individualized attention in coordinating with Amtrak, and Paige took EVERY BIT of the worry out of that for me. I love being able to ask Paige to handle 100% of the pesky details and then have peace-of-mind KNOWING that it is taken care of! She coordinated a sightseeing trip for me on Amtrak that started and ended in Chicago; I traveled out West to Seattle and stayed overnight, then it was on to San Francisco for two more nights, and then back to Chicago amidst some of the most breathtaking scenery I've ever encountered on ANY of my world travels. I will be working with Paige again in the future, ANY time I have that familiar "travel itch" pop up. She is the BEST! Thank you, Paige for the trip of a lifetime.

Paige assisted our television station, WLOX TV, with a client incentive trip to Cabo in April 2016. She handled 29 airline reservations from three locations: New Orleans, Birmingham, and Gulfport. She also coordinated 15 rooms over 4 nights, meeting the particular desires of some of our more demanding clients. And she also planned out a welcome reception when we arrived at the hotel on day 1. Our repeat clients said it was the best trip they have ever been on with our television station.

Paige was instrumental in providing us with all of the information to make my 15th anniversary trip a success, where to go, what to expect and places to eat. Covid19 caused changes- Paige was there to reschedule. Delta cancelled our flights- Paige was there on a Saturday morning helping us get everything back on track. We could not have done it without her and have already booked another with her. Paige has even assisted in filing our insurance claim regarding the changes we had to make. I will not use anyone else to plan a vacation again!!!

We took our first cruise in Dec of 2016, booked with another agency. After that trip we knew right away we wanted to book another cruise, but with someone who had more experience with cruise travel. We found Paige and from out first meeting, we knew we had found the right person. We would tell her where we wanted to travel and she was always available if we had questions or concerns. We value her input and suggestions based on our preferences. We have booked 1-2 cruises every year since our meeting in 2017. She has booked trips to Europe, Panama , Alaska and most of the Caribbean for us and each trip was wonderful. Paige is very organized and kept us apprised of any upgrades or promotions that we qualified for even after after booking our trips and prior to our departure.

We have taken 3 cruises, all with the help of Paige at Travel Affiliates. She is always available to answer questions and help, from the first-time cruise when we needed help with what to bring and how to pack and where we needed to be on the ship, to our most recent cruise, trying to find the right dates and activities for our young grandchildren who first time cruisers with us. She is just so helpful and knowledgeable.

Paige is simply AWESOME! We are very appreciative of Paige's excellent travel services over the last 10 years. She has helped us with small trips for my husband and I and has also arranged several overseas group trips for us, some for up to as many as 32 of our close friends and family. Whenever we book a large trip, like our upcoming trip to Italy, Paige will come out and speak to our group and always has lots of trip details to share. Simply put, it's nice to have a dependable local travel agent, Paige takes care of all of the details which makes trip planning so much easier.

Paige made our group cruise a breeze. Her knowledge allowed us to have the best time ever! We are already planning our next group destination!

I have been working with Paige since December of 2018 when I booked a Viking Ocean Voyage. Unfortunately, we have not been able to take that trip as yet because of Covid-19!! Viking has cancelled us twice! Hopefully 2022 will be the year we finally get to go! Paige has been great through the entire cancel rebook cancel rebook experience. We finally just said book us somewhere in US Territory to have a 5 night get away! She found Puerto Rico and all the details were taken care of and even with a hiccup with the outgoing flight delayed, we managed to have a great time!!

Paige is an AMAZING travel agent! She a great listener and very knowledgeable! If it was a trip to Europe or a trip to Disney, Paige knew exactly how to make everything easy and stress-free!
