I will never book another trip to Disney unless Lisa Hill helps me. I am 100% impressed by her attention to detail and being able to handle my craziness. She was always on top of what I was trying to accomplish and even threw in some sweeteners with some inside knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to having her help me with my Disney cruise, if she will have me as a client again. lol

Lisa was incredible. My Mom is in a wheelchair and we also brought my 2 small children (4&2), so we had quite a few constraints. She also helped us get the military discounts because my dad is retired military. We gave her a lot of weird little issues, and she helped us get through each one! She created an incredible itinerary that helped us understand where we were going, she coordinated with the hotel to make sure that we were in connecting rooms. She also helped us go through another travel agent, in order, for my husband and I to run the first Run Disney - Star Wars Dark Side Challenge. She made the entire trip painless, and we couldn't have done it without her! My children loved having their special, personalized autograph books, and all the characters made them feel so special because they had it! This was such an awesome perk, that repeatedly I was asked where we got them! My request to her was to make it a trip of a lifetime. And she did that. My mom is very sick, and she helped us to achieve something very special. These memories with my mom, dad, husband, and children, will live inside my heart forever. I give her a 5 star rating, for being an incredible human being, for being a fantastic listener, and for making sure each detail was perfect.

"What did Lisa suggest to do next?"..... became my family's motto as we enjoyed the parks. We learned if we strayed too far away for Lisa's itinerary that we ended up wasting time, and there is no time to waste when you are vacationing in the Happiest Place on the Earth!! Lisa made the entire Disney process extra smooth! From making our dinner reservations, scheduling our Fast passes, and supplying us with a printed itinerary of suggested activities throughout the day at each park, this was definitely the most enjoyable and organized vacation ever! Lisa also saved us a lot of money by making great recommendations on which resort our family should stay at and how to use our meal plan! Her enthusiasm got us really excited as well! I highly recommend anybody looking into visiting Disney to give Lisa a call!!

Lisa has book numerous trips to Disney World for me and my family. With each trip, having her there for advice and assistance has made Walt Disney World that much more magical. She is amazing at planning the details of the trip, which there are many. We always have large parties and she always takes care and makes sure that every detail for every person is considered and taken care of. We have had such smooth vacations with her steering us in the right direction. She also is a Disney expert and gives amazing advice on where to stay, where to eat, what to do, and how to do it. Everything just runs better when you follow her direction. And it is easy to do because she is one of the kindest women that you will ever meet. I HIGHLY recommend using Lisa for all Disney needs. I know that we will continue to do so in the future. Disney would not be the same without her!

Our Disney vacation was one of the least stressful vacations I have ever taken because of Lisa. She is so knowledgeable about all the parks, rides that your family will enjoy and places to eat! I would thoroughly recommend her to plan your Disney vacation. She is truly a Disney specialist!!! She did all the little extra special touches for us from backpacks and autograph books for the boys to ponchos for us. She made the planning a big part of the fun!!
