My name is Aki Miguel, and I recently started my journey as a travel agent because travel has always been something I genuinely love. I’ve always enjoyed exploring new places, meeting people from different cultures, and experiencing how every destination has its own personality. Starting in the travel industry allows me to turn that passion into something meaningful helping others experience the same excitement and discovery that travel brings.One of the great things about working with someone newer in the industry is the level of care and dedication you receive. I’m committed to every trip I help plan, making sure every detail is considered and every traveler feels supported throughout their journey.I’ve had the opportunity to travel to several countries including Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, and of course the Philippines where I live. Each of these destinations has something special. Thailand is full of vibrant culture, incredible street food, and beautiful temples. Taiwan offers amazing night markets, scenic landscapes, and a unique blend of tradition and modern life. Singapore is exciting, clean, and full of world-class attractions, food, and entertainment. What they all have in common is a rich culture, incredible food scenes, welcoming people, and unforgettable experiences.Because of my personal experience and familiarity with these destinations, I’ve already helped travelers explore them as well. I’ve sent four people to Singapore, four travelers to Thailand, and two to Taiwan helping them experience the food, culture, and iconic sights each destination offers.Living in the Philippines has also allowed me to explore many places locally. I’ve traveled across different islands and regions, experiencing the beauty that makes the Philippines such a special destination. From island hopping and beach resorts to breathtaking landscapes and warm hospitality, there’s truly something magical about traveling here. I’ve also encouraged friends and travelers from countries like Australia and Canada to visit the Philippines, where they’ve experienced the beaches, island adventures, delicious food, and the genuine warmth of Filipino culture.For me, travel isn’t just about visiting a place it’s about creating memories, experiencing new cultures, and seeing the world in a different way. I’m excited to continue exploring new destinations and helping others plan trips that inspire, excite, and leave them with stories they’ll remember for a lifetime.
