Hi, I’m Jessica — and I design immersive travel experiences centered around whiskey, wine, culture, and the kinds of places most travelers overlook.

If you’ve ever dreamed of visiting historic distilleries, tasting wine where it’s actually produced, or discovering hidden restaurants and charming towns along the way — but don’t want to deal with crowded buses, rigid group schedules, or cookie-cutter tours — that’s exactly where I come in.

Because that’s exactly what I don’t do.

My specialty is creating thoughtfully designed journeys that combine great destinations with meaningful experiences. For many of my clients, that means walking through historic distilleries and hearing the grain-to-glass story firsthand, visiting small family-run wineries where the winemaker pours the tasting, or enjoying a perfect evening at a tucked-away restaurant locals love.

The goal isn’t just to see a destination — it’s to experience it.

The trips I design are intentionally paced and carefully curated so they feel seamless without feeling rushed.

Travel has always been personal for me. I grew up in Seattle and still enjoy returning to see my hometown through fresh eyes. Over the years I’ve celebrated milestone anniversaries in Italy, explored hiking routes through Switzerland, toured distilleries across the United States and Japan, and built itineraries around small towns that most travelers simply drive past.

What started as a passion (okay… maybe an obsession) with whiskey, wine, and off-the-beaten-path travel slowly turned into something bigger. I realized I didn’t just love traveling — I loved designing the experience.

 Before launching EverLight Travel, I built a successful marketing agency, so strategy is part of how I think. Every itinerary I design balances logistics, timing, and experiences so your trip flows naturally without ever feeling over-planned.

I’m based in Atlanta and also own a mountain Airbnb called EverLight Escape — a retreat designed around the same philosophy I bring to travel: thoughtful design, meaningful experiences, and attention to the details that make a stay memorable.

And yes — “Light” really is my last name. But it’s also become a personal standard for how I approach everything I build: with intention, care, and pride.
