I was on a road trip from Colorado to California with my infant and Mother-in-Law. We unexpectedly hit a blizzard in Wyoming at 9pm. We knew we weren’t going to make our destination and needed to pull off the road as quickly as possible. As I was driving, my Mother-in-Law called Michelle and told her our situation. Michelle immediately looked up what hotels were closest to us and booked us a new reservation. She then went above and beyond and called the other hotel, told them our situation, and was able to get us a refund. Since we had unexpected weather, we didn’t know what the rest of our drive would look like. Michelle remained very flexible with us, looking up hotels and booking reservations for us last minute. Throughout our whole journey, Michelle was super helpful, patient, and proactive. She reduced our stress and made our stops seamless. If you’re looking for a travel agent who will give you first class service, then Michelle is your person!

Michelle was wonderful to work with from the very beginning of planning our trip all the way through our 3-night cruise on Utopia of the Seas. She made the booking process simple, answered our questions, and helped make everything feel smooth and stress-free. It was such a relief knowing the details were taken care of, and we were able to just enjoy looking forward to our vacation.
