We took a 7 day cruise on Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Sea. What a remarkable ship! So full of different areas (they brand them as neighborhoods) and such clever engineering and design. Mosaic handled everything perfectly, from our flights to Florida to our on board accommodations (loved our stateroom!) and the transfer ride back to the airport at the end of our trip. All was smoothly handled. Another fantastic trip seen to by Mosaic!

This cruise was an amazing trip but, the one who set it up was even better. Michelle Larsen was/is an amazing agent, she is very structured, she made great reservations and made well planned excursions for the islands. The process of flying in and getting on the boat all went very smoothly. The room itself was a very nice choice with the infinity balcony. Overall very well planned, smooth and, a fun trip for family.

I was on a road trip from Colorado to California with my infant and Mother-in-Law. We unexpectedly hit a blizzard in Wyoming at 9pm. We knew we weren’t going to make our destination and needed to pull off the road as quickly as possible. As I was driving, my Mother-in-Law called Michelle and told her our situation. Michelle immediately looked up what hotels were closest to us and booked us a new reservation. She then went above and beyond and called the other hotel, told them our situation, and was able to get us a refund. Since we had unexpected weather, we didn’t know what the rest of our drive would look like. Michelle remained very flexible with us, looking up hotels and booking reservations for us last minute. Throughout our whole journey, Michelle was super helpful, patient, and proactive. She reduced our stress and made our stops seamless. If you’re looking for a travel agent who will give you first class service, then Michelle is your person!
