We had an amazing time in San Antonio, TX and Neal at PKD Travel Pro made it all happen. Our hotel located in the heart of the Riverwalk had amazing views of both the River and the Alamo! Our flight went off without a hitch and the rental car was waiting for us upon arrival. A wonderful experience - I will use Neal for all future travels!

We did the Cost Saver Spain, Portugal & Gibralter trip and got to see alot throughout our 13 days. This way we were able to see where we would want to go back for an extended stay to see more of a particular area that we really enjoyed. I was in the process of planning a 40th birthday cruise with 25 people and spent hours navigating the different cruise lines, ports, drink packages, ships etc. I met Neal and he offered to assist me. I told him exactly what we wanted- a nice ship catered to adults, excellent food, unlimited drink packages, in January, and I told him what ports I had already been to. Within days, he compiled a list of options and suggested Celebrity Cruise (which I had never heard of). He set up a custom webpage with booking link so all my friends could reserve and helped coordinate flights to Fort Lauderdale. He ensured our balcony rooms were next to each other and assisted with someone sending me a special birthday gift that was delivered to my door when I arrived. He also coordinated dinner at 6pm each night for our large party so we could sit together in the main dining room. He was available for all our questions along the way as we had many first time cruisers. He also found us a $200 credit that we were able to apply to other onboard purchases and my friends kept saying "Neal is the best! This ship is perfect, he knows his stuff".
