When I first met Aaron, he helped me with the details for a trip to Thailand. I am a nervous traveler, even in my home country, so being southeast Asia for the first time felt very intimidating to me. However, Aaron not only made me feel secure that I'd make it on the correct train from Hua Hin to Bangkok, he found me an excellent hotel in the city with one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever experienced! He made sure I felt comfortable grabbing a taxi, gave recommendations on things to see in the city, and was sure to find a hotel for me that fit my needs, price point, and comfort level. The next trip he assisted me on was a trip to Vietnam. Same thing: hotel options, pros and cons to each location based on my interests and comfort-levels, and even restaurant recommendations based on his personal experiences! I can't say enough about Aaron. He catches the details that matter (that you may not be thinking of), personalizes itineraries, and really makes sure you have a turn-key vacation, even if it's in a country you've never been to and you're traveling solo. I had a lot of fun working with Aaron, too!
