A huge thank you to Jill, my wonderful travel agent, for helping coordinate my recent trip to Savannah! I told Jill it was my first trip with my sister and we wanted to experience the haunted side of Savannah while still enjoying the history, charm, and great food the city has to offer. She listened to what we wanted and helped put together a trip that was exactly my style. ???? Having Jill help with the details made traveling so much easier. We could focus on exploring, eating, drinking, hearing some great ghost stories, and enjoying everything Savannah had to offer! If you’re planning a getaway and want someone who will actually listen to the kind of experience you’re looking for, I highly recommend Jill. She made our haunted Savannah adventure one to remember! Thank you, Jill! ??????

Jill did an amazing job booking our Alaska trip!

?????????? Absolute Perfection! Our recent trip to Scotland, Norway, and Iceland via NCL cruise ship was nothing short of spectacular, and it is entirely thanks to our phenomenal travel agent, Jill. Planning a multi-country itinerary can be incredibly overwhelming, but she turned it into a seamless, stress-free masterpiece. She arranged flawless logistics : Every flight, cruise port, hotel, and public bus transfer across three countries connected perfectly without a single hitch. Accommodations: We stayed in boutique hotels that perfectly captured the local charm, and provided generous breakfasts to kick start our best days. The location of being able to walk to board the ship was outstanding also a short walk on disembarkation in Reykjavik to city bus to next hotel was wonderful. Expert Local Guides: The private tours arranged for us in the countryside of Scotland, the Norwegian fjords, and Iceland's Golden Circle and South Coast were deeply immersive and educational. Proactive Communication: We felt supported every step of the way with a detailed digital itinerary and real-time updates. Jill was still engaged in our trip even after all the planning was completed and communicated updates about possible spam activity concerning our booked excursions. It was so comforting to know that she continued to have our back in case anything went askew (which it absolutely did not). Jill listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered a hyper-customized vacation that exceeded our highest expectations. If you want an unforgettable, hassle-free travel experience, look no further. We will absolutely be booking our next adventure with Jill!!

Didn't have to think. Jill ensured she knew what our interests were and planned the whole trip. She even kept tabs on us during travel and adjusted our travel plans when a particular tour fell through. She took care of all of our arrangements and made sure things were ready to go upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Traveling to the Arctic Circle had been a dream of mine for several years. After a successful year of chasing the Northern Lights in 2024 here in Michigan, I crossed paths with Jill in an Aurora chasing group we are both a part of and reached out to her. I knew instantly that we were going to work well together. As a mostly solo traveler, I tried to work with agents in the past who disliked and discouraged my travel style only for me to plan out entire trips alone in the end. Jill was the exact opposite! She understood and fully embraced my desire to go alone. It was so refreshing! I had narrowed down my Arctic destinations to Scandinavia and Alaska. We explored both but she sensed that Scandinavia was a bigger dream than Alaska and we moved forward and planned the most amazing trip to Tromsø, Norway! We started planning in March for a November trip and throughout those months Jill was very communicative and made the hard work of planning feel very easy. Keeping track of payments & bookings was simple and straightforward. The app we used for my itinerary was perfect! TripIt stored my schedule, flights, accommodations, and excursion confirmations, even with live links for directions and public transportation options. It was an extremely useful tool that I used every day. Jill was extremely thoughtful even in the midst of my adventures-checking in, answering questions, and offering more encouragement. The trip itself…WOW! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My hotel was perfectly located and just right for me. I went whale watching where I saw HUNDREDS of whales, fed reindeers and learned about the Sami culture. Caught the northern lights on several nights, took the cable car to the prettiest outlook in northern Norway, booked a sauna and even braved an Arctic dip in the ocean (dipped 3x!!) I honestly believe I couldn’t have planned a better trip without Jill’s help and expertise! I will absolutely be working with her again, and soon! IG:Jmdlsdetroit

I wanted to travel to Washington, D.C. to visit my daughter by train. The Amtrak app isn't the easiest to use. I reached out to Jill Cima and gave her my thoughts on my trip including the dates. She put together the trip that I wanted including traveling in an Amtrak sleeper. She also arranged for hotel accommodations at my preferred hotel. I am already considering my next train ride and will without hesitation choose Jill Cima to arrange the trip. There was nothing missed and no glitches that caused any questions from Amtrak.

Jill was very thorough and precise and helping us finally have our honeymoon. It was a relaxing well need a vacation. All the combinations were perfect that she provided for us. Had a great time.

Jill did an amazing job finding multiple accommodations, activities and experiences for our family of 5 to choose from then set up an itinerary including rental car that made our trip through Italy easy and fun for everyone. Would highly recommend working with Jill!

Jill set us up with a great place to stay. It was comfortable, in a good neighborhood, well-staffed. She also found us an excellent tour to places we would not have seen on our own. She made the process easy, and we had a great time.

Jill was so helpful in planning this trip. There are so many options of places to stay in Mexico City, and it's hard to know what's best! Jill narrowed us down to a great neighborhood and sent a few excellent options perfectly tailored to what we needed. We ended up in a perfect place, and loved every minute. Jill also directed us to a great tour to see some areas that we would not have been able to get to otherwise. Made for an excellent trip!

Working with Jill as our travel agent was an incredible experience! She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was memorable, enjoyable, and within our budget. She even went through the trouble of double and triple checking specific details of our accommodations to ensure the rooms we received were exactly what we expected and had paid for. One thing we especially appreciated was how genuinely attentive she was to understanding our budget and ensuring we stayed within it. She always prioritized finding the best possible rates, even advising us on options that didn’t involve booking through her if that meant a better deal for us. Jill didn’t just handle our accommodations and travel logistics; she took the time to suggest exciting and adventurous activities in every destination we visited, adding tremendous value and excitement to our trip. Our multi-country international adventure was perfectly organized, seamless, and stress-free, thanks entirely to Jill’s meticulous planning an

Jill did the research to find some of the best attractions and prices for our family. We went to Branson, MO for Spring Break and had a blast. So much easier than trying to figure it all out ourselves.
