Cruise Specialist, Barbados & NC Travel Info

I started in the travel industry in 1988 at the SERO Reservations offices of American Airlines as a domestic Reservations Agent. Moved into international reservations for a year or so and then into Customer Service.  I moved to Tulsa OK and Dallas Fort Worth with a groups of friends from the SERO when we all took jobs as SABRE Software Functionality Support Agents for Travel Agents.  This gave me great incites into the Airline, Fare structures and the computer system and Travel Agencies and Agents.  I moved to a Passenger Services Role with American Airlines Barbados Airport after marrying the love of my live and moving to Barbados.  after a few years with AA, I moved into the Travel Agent World of full service travel but found my love of Cruises, both in research and sales and making sure the customer came home, having the best experience on their travels.   I have still enjoyed researching just the right cruise for my clients ever since as an agent with Bridgetown Travel Agency.
