Every family is different. Some are chasing thrills from rope drop to close. Some need nap windows built into the afternoon and a resort pool that buys you two hours of breathing room. Some are three generations deep – grandparents who want to see the little ones light up, teenagers who need more than just a castle, and parents trying to make it work for everyone at once.

I plan family vacations for all of it. Disney World, Disneyland, Universal, Epic Universe, cruises: the full spectrum of theme park travel, plus beach trips, city adventures, and anywhere else your family wants to go. I know how to build a day around a toddler's schedule without sacrificing the experience for everyone else. I know which resorts put you closest to the action and which ones give you the space to decompress. I know when to book the dining reservation and when to leave the afternoon open.

Multigenerational trips are their own kind of puzzle, including mobility considerations, competing interests, dietary needs that span generations, different budgets under one booking. I've done it, I plan it regularly, and I know where the friction points are before they become your problem.

The goal is simple: everyone in your group gets the trip they came for. You get to be present for it instead of managing it.
