I chose to work with Cassandra due to her stellar online reviews. She did not disappoint! I gave her our list of “wants” and “must haves” for our son’s honeymoon wedding gift. She gave us a list of six venues all meeting our wish list. We then narrowed it down to three to let the bride and groom pick the winner! They have enjoyed every inch of the resort- from spa treatments to excursions- and said the food and drinks could not be beat. Cassandra was there every step of the way and continued to check in to make sure their experience was one for the memory books!

I wanted to do something special for my daughter’s 16th and 13th birthday as well as my niece’s 10th birthday so I was referred to Cassandra by a coworker of mine and the process was very very smooth. We were able to get our cruise book. The cruise was excellent. We went to celebration key which is in the Bahamas and we throughly throughly enjoyed ourselves. I was a little nervous with it being my first time cruise, but I definitely enjoyed myself and I would highly recommend her!

Amazing 60th Birthday cruise

Working with Cassandra was phenomenal because although I have traveled, I had never been on a cruise before. She was able to set up several meetings with me to give me a list of what to execration as well as was anaphylaxis to answer any questions I had. She even stayed up late one night to make sure my traveling party was able to board the ship as early as possible and take advantage of settling in a early as possible. She was also so very generous to give us a cruise welcoming gift. Cassandra made the trip fabulous and checked in with me once we returned to shore. 9 day trip to Italy . Cassandra plan our whole trip , she got us on the tour of Italy, she took excellent care of plane tickets, hotel, everything was done right down to her, giving us information on doing our passports. what to take and not take on the airplanes how to dress for the September weather, Cassandra stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was going OK during the whole entire trip. I enjoyed my experience with Cassandra because she made the trip smooth. She handled everything for me. It was needed because I had never taken a trip before so I honestly didn’t know what I was supposed to do. She helped me all the way to the ship I was boarding. Cassandra handled our vacation plans from door to door. She was absolutely amazing! She booked a once in a lifetime trip for us. We went to Disney World, Universal Studios, and a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas. A Trip Like No Other!

We recently returned from an Alaskan land and sea trip and we have Cassandra to thank for smooth sailing! She had prepared us perfectly for this trip and we are grateful to her. She worked diligently to arrange our flights and our pre-cruise trip to Denali and our cruise through Alaska. Our trip was wonderful and being aware of what to expect made us more comfortable.
Months before our trip we had Zoom meetings, FaceTime calls and personal calls with Cassandra and she patiently and accurately answered our questions and explained what we should expect. She gave us tips and sent reminders and just became a friend to us all ( we had a group of 8 friends who had a variety of questions) and we all agreed that we will call Cassandra for our next vacation! Besides being friendly and kind, Cassandra is extremely organized and that is so important when doing this job.
