Overall, we had an excellent trip! We felt it was perfectly paced, we were able to see everything we wanted to see and never felt like we were rushing around or unable to enjoy and take in the scenery. Kate was an excellent resource and helped us plan the perfect trip – we had no hick ups in our travel and were able to see the entire countryside in a week without being too exhausted. We had the time of our live and can’t wait to go back – wherever our next trip takes us, we will be calling EZ Travel Pad to guide us!

We went on a cruise through the Caribbean Islands. Kate set up every detail of our trip. She arranged our hotel stay before the cruise. She arranged transportation to and from the airport. She had all my documents ready for me when it was time to leave. We have used Kate in the past and we will continue to use her for any trips we do in the future! If I would’ve only known how great it was using a travel agent I would’ve done this years ago.I highly recommend her.

We just finished up our second European adventure after booking through Kate, and our third total trip through EZTravelpad. For both Europe trips we had a list of things we wanted to do, and then used her recommendations to expand our itinerary and we've yet to be disappointed. Through booking with Kate, we've been able to stay in great hotels that were super convenient to everything we wanted to do and more. She's also helped us in booking air travel and airport transport, train travel, and even a rental car to take through the Scottish Highlands. Our trips wouldn't have been nearly as successful without Kate's guidance and services, and we cannot recommend her and EZTravelpad enough!

My husband and I wanted to go on a quick weekend get away to spend some time together, but also wanted to make sure we could get some sunshine. Key West was the perfect destination for us! The time it took to travel to the destination was just right, the amount of relaxation/activity/restaurants, etc. was great, and the sunshine and overall weather was just what we needed. Kate was wonderful as always! She always answers all of my questions (and I can ask a lot), she offers different options based on what I request, and always checks in prior to our trip to make sure there is nothing else that is needed before we go. Kate always makes it easy to travel so that when it comes time to leave for the trip all I have to do is sit back and enjoy my vacation!

My husband and I were planning a trip to Iceland. We were both uncomfortable booking places to stay online. We had friends who had hired Kate to help them plan a trip to Europe, so we reached out to her. Firstly, she was incredible responsive to our request. Kate asked great questions to understand the trip we wanted. We were looking to relax and feel like locals. We were not looking for big adventures. We wanted to reconnect and see amazing sights. This is exactly what we got! Kate listened to our request and gave wonderful advise. Renting a car in Iceland is no joke. She understood the need for specific insurance in Iceland and made sure we were covered. The places she recommended for us were perfect. At our first location, we sat and watched it snow on top of mountains while watching the Northern Atlantic Ocean crash into rocks. For us, it could not have been better. Kate's expertise gave us peace of mind knowing that if there was an unforeseen issue, she was there to help us.

Kate was amazing!!! She made the process smooth and was able to help with ALL of our needs. There were a lot of moving parts because we have a lot of stops, transfers, and excursions planned and Kate was with us every step of the way. From helping with hotels, transfers, and various excursions. The trip would not have been easy to plan without Kate's help and expertise. She also helped with the planning a similar trip in 2022 and was able to assist when a large portion of the groups travel plans changed to the conflicts in Europe. Kate is always available and prompt for when things go awry. Which allows you to continue to enjoy your trip knowing everything will get worked out.

I found EZTravel using Google and Kate responded the very next day. She scheduled a call with me to find out what we were looking for and our budget. She sent me several options with details and links for each the next day. After choosing our destination and resort, Kate checked in along the way and was always there for questions. Her response time was awesome and she had a way to put me at ease. We can’t wait to start planning our next trip with Kate!

Kate planned a board retreat trip for 14 people to Nashville, and it was a great experience! Kate was so easy to work with, gave great suggestions, followed up quickly to all questions, and planned a super fun and organized retreat for our board members. I would highly suggest using Kate for all your travel planning needs! She took all the stress out of the travel planning and took care of all hotel, restaurant, and activity reservations. I will be using Kate for all future trips!!

Kate took the stress out of us trying to book a hotel, to figuring out how to get into the Disney Parks. We basically had to show up and have an amazing family vacation. She gave great advice on when to schedule Disney Dining reservations. During the trip we had a question, and she was quick to respond.
