Disney’s Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Pointe

 I am brand new to the travel professionals industry and I am so excited about helping others plan the vacation and or event at the destination of their dreams. I have experience with planning a destination wedding as well as a family luxurious holiday cruise. I am currently planning more family fun and group cruises. 

My favorite destinations are theCaribbean and Las Vegas. I can answer many questions and give tips from my own experiences. 

My name is Sallie and I am named after my grandmother. From the time I was a small child my grandma would be the one to take me on several vacations every year. She is the reason that I love travel. Her brother lived in Chicago most of my life and each year if nothing else she would take me there to spend the last month of the summers. I can remember one year taking a plane, the next year driving, the next year taking Amtrak, the bus and so on. Chicago is just one of the many places I visited with her.

I carried that travel bug with my into my adulthood and during my time as a single woman I continued my travel traditions. In 2019. I became a mom for the first time and in that same year my grandma passed. Since then I seemed to have lost my passion for travel. My anxieties rose as well as my financial obligations. I tried to make sure that I kept at least one trip planned a year,and it was usually to Las Vegas. During those trips to my finance at the time, now my husband, also loved Vegas and we decided to plan our wedding for Vegas. By the time we got married we had expanded our family. We now had 4 children (twins and two boys). We planned a trip for us, our kids, and our family to go to Vegas to witness us tie the knot. We then discovered our love for family vacations. 

We just recently went on our first Disney Cruise as a family and are sooo excited about planning our next one. I am so excited not only to plan our families trips, but to also help busy moms like me plan trips, take breaks, and soak up the moments of life when no one expects us for anything. 

I look forward to transitioning into a full time travel professional. Giving my own kids the most enchanted experiences as well as helping other families do the same.
