A group of about 20 of our friends decided to volunteer for the 2010 Olympics in Whistler and needed to arrange a huge house close to the village so the judges could get to and from the course easily. Meredith took care of every detail, including making sure our kids had an awesome, reliable nanny for the two weeks we were in Canada. There's nothing she didn't think of. So glad we found her!

Meredith created an incredible 8 day itinerary for our family of four to go over 200 km through the Norwegian wilderness. We skied hut-to-hut through gorgeous landscapes with amazing accommodations when we arrived at our compass points. This was a trip of a lifetime that I wish I could do again and again.

Our family was looking for an all-inclusive yacht charter for 7 people for one week. Meredith arranged everything from finding the perfect sailboat to provisioning it for a full week. She provided us with some of her favorite routes on both sides of Corisca for us to explore, We took the East Side and found some of the most amazing beaches you can't get to from a road. I'll go on another one of her adventures anytime.

I was in Italy and needed to get to Cartagena, Spain on short notice to survey a yacht for a client in the UK. Meredith helped me secure a budget-friendly flight with accommodation for my highly-sensitive electronic tools, found me a rental car with easy-to-understand directions, and booked me a hotel that included meal service after 10:00 PM as well as breakfast prepared before 7:30 AM. Bonus that it was close to the marina I'd be working in for my client. She did this all within a single day and made sure the hotel knew I'd be checking in after 9:00PM, as not all desks are 24/7 in that part of Spain. She genuinely thought of everything so I could just focus on doing my job. I hope our company never works with anyone else!

I wanted to get a group of friends together for a rock climbing trip to Vedauwoo in Wyoming in 2006. Meredith knew all the best routes, where we should stay, and even hooked us up with the University of Wyoming guides who started us with bouldering to familiarize and then led us to viewpoints that were just the right kind of challenging. The steaks at the local restaurants every night were superb. I wish I had more time off to go on more vacations she plans!
