My Name is Kristi Adams, and I have been a travel agent since 2023. My husband is active duty military, and we have lived many different places. I believe this lifestyle spurred my love of travel! Also, we have a daughter that has made her permanent home in Europe. So, of course I plan my vacations around seeing her! Frequently, I combine seeing her with a Viking cruise. I have just booked my fourth cruise with Viking, and in the past two years I have booked almost 50 Viking River and Ocean for my clients.

While introducing my clients to a company that has wonderful customer service , I LOVE helping my clients achieve their travel dreams. Lastly, I believe that Viking's prices can coincide with a traveler on a budget. Kristi took care of our trip from sign up to post trip.
She got to know us and our special requirements.
She gave outstanding advice as we were working through the stages of completing our travel. Advice was very appreciated AND spot on.
Kristi arranged for distilled water at our hotels and shipboard. She recognized that toilet seat riser in our cabin would be a nice added touch. She was so right! Something we would have never thought of!!
She educated us on our shore excursions. Her advice was spot on.
She made herself available if we had any travel emergencies. (Thankfully we didn't.)
She checked on us post trip and made sure Viking learned of substandard local guide (only one guide issue).
To our surprise, we were given a nice discount on a future trip.
This was our first experience with a travel agent. I'm positive She set the bar very high.
