Our anniversary trip to Mexico was absolutely unforgettable, and so much of that is thanks to our travel agent. She handled every detail with care and made sure everything ran perfectly. From arranging seamless airport transfers to and from the resort to providing a clear itinerary we could easily add to, she took outstanding care of us. Everyone we encountered knew why we were there, and her personal time and effort made the entire experience feel truly special. We stayed in the Palafitos at El Dorado Maroma near Playa del Carmen (about 30–45 minutes from Cancun Airport). The overwater rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the quieter, more private atmosphere of the Palafitos area created a peaceful, exclusive escape. Our butlers Alberto and William anticipated every need, waiter Eliseo made meals special, and the staff throughout the property—including the amazing bartenders—were consistently kind and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful, and Playa del Carmen offered easy nearby shopping when we wanted a change of scenery. One of the highlights was the Rio Secreto Classic Tour, which she coordinated through Lomas Hospitality. The short drive from the resort, excellent guide Memo, photographer Charles, and the entire experience exploring the stunning cave system (with its formations, unique wildlife, and cool waters) was pure magic—a true National Geographic-worthy adventure we will never forget. She went above and beyond to make our anniversary vacation seamless, memorable, and perfectly tailored to us. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Colleen booked a cruise for my sister and me. She made the process so easy and was able to get us an even better price than we expected. She also booked our pre cruise hotel. It just made the experience so seamless and worry free. She has also booked several other travel events for us. I highly recommend Colleen.

Colleen set up our honeymoon vacation for us, starting off with several different vacation options and locations. Once we decided, she had everything worked out within a short time, and we had the whole trip booked. From the flights to the absolute top shelf cruise experience and even handling the hotel and ship/airport transfers, everything was handled. Colleen was easy to contact when we had questions, and was able to give us options that best suited what we wanted. I highly recommend her for any vacation planning needs!

Cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. Colleen had everything set up for us that we needed. Very responsive with any of our questions.

Working with Colleen was amazing. She took care of all of the details of our trip. Colleen hooked us up with Mobay, which made arrival and departure super easy! I cannot recommend Colleen enough. It was a pleasure working with her.
