Pandia always checks to be sure you are going to be able to relax from the moment you start planning. No need to do the tedious research, just which jewelry store to pick your treasure to remember your trip! We ran into some crazy travel delays (over 24 hours) so we had to file a claim with insurance. Pandia helped with a link directly to the claim form. Finally, she always sets us up with the best excursions. This time, in St. Lucia, we had the most amazing catamaran sail -- with a whole pod of dolphins swimming alongside -- to a natural, hot sulphur spring mud bath, to lunch at a cocoa plantation and snorkeling. The company lived up to their promise to get us back on board on time -- guaranteed! When some other slowpoke tourists delayed us they drove the catamaran right beside the ship and we boarded just in time! No pier running for us! Thanks, Pandia, for going the extra mile for all your clients but making us feel like the only client!

We had an ambitious travel plan that needed a lot of research that we simply didnt have time to accomplish on our own. Traveling to an area we had not visited and no connections. Booking an Alaskan Cruise through Pandia Graves turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made as she saved us from a near disaster.

Near the end of one shore day we were alone climbing down a mountain trail in Juneau as the sun was setting and there was not enough time to make it back to the ship before it departed. Nobody knew where we were. We tried to reach both the ship and the people who had been running the businesses at the top of the mountain by phone with no success.

We called Pandia. Even though it was 1am her time she picked up and went to work for us. She called the ship and the Juneau Police Department who notified Mountain Services. Both of these service providers followed our progress.

Due to Pandia’s intervention, the ship sent a car for us and waited for our arrival. Something that could have ended very badly turned out just fine because of Pandia's competency and dedication to her clients.

We gave her some things we were hoping for on our trip as well as a budget and she provided options for us. She was fast, efficient and available to answer questions when we had them. I’m usually the one planning our trips, so it was SO nice to have Pandia handle everything from start to finish. She even caught a major mistake on my part when I booked our flights to the wrong part of Mexico (yikes!). She normally books your flights for you, but I was using credits we had. We began in Iceland (the Reykjavik Edition hotel was amazing), traveled to Amsterdam and Aalten in Holland, then Frankfurt and Marburg in Germany and finally ending with at fabulous week in Split, Croatia. We recently returned from the most magical Disney World vacation. From the resort to the park days to the dinner recommendations, Pandia was spot on for our family. She took the time to get to know us and it paid off in her recommendations. She went above and beyond giving us a daily park itinerary customized for our kids heights and interests which made the park days incredibly smooth. We had scheduled a big family trip through Pandia, and I forgot to relay to her an allergy one of my kids has to milk, and it occurred to me as we were boarding our ship that I hadn't requested a special menu for him in advance. I emailed her straight away, and she contacted Royal Caribbean immediately! She told us what to do to get the best service for him and his allergy. We recently returned from our third trip planned by Pandia Graves. Just like our previous trips, we had a great time as Pandia had taken care of all the details so everything went smoothly. It was our first river cruise and Pandia suggested the 7 night cruise on AMA Waterways from Budapest to Vilshofen. It was perfect! The food and staff on board were exceptional. We enjoyed the excursions and exploring the beautiful towns along the way. Our pre cruise stay in Budapest was great, especially the thermal baths and Ruins bars! The post cruise option in Prague was also amazing. If we had to pick our favorite city on this trip, it would be Prague. So many beautiful things to see there! Pandia helped us plan and carry out the most incredible 25th wedding anniversary trip to Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic in February. It was my first time traveling outside the US, and Pandia's expertise, guidance, travel tips, reminders...all helped make deciding where to go, planning the trip, and the trip itself go so smoothly. She helped make sure we had all the necessary paperwork completed, all the travel apps downloaded and ready to go, and made an excellent suggestion—to pack some extra clothes and a swimsuit in a carry on in case our checked luggage got misrouted: which it did! We spent six magical days and nights in this tropical paradise and didn't want to come back home! Next time, we plan to take some off-resort excursions. Pandia helped my wife and I plan a 25th anniversary vacation to Northern Europe. We started in London, where we stayed for 3 nights. We then boarded a 12-night cruise with Oceania that sailed throughout Northern Europe, including Scandinavia and the Baltic countries. We then spent three days at the end in Copenhagen. The trip was perfect! Pandia booked our airfare, airport transfers, cruise, hotels, guided tours, etc. The hotels were amazing with comfortable rooms, full breakfasts and perfect locations! We had Pandia plan a family vacation to Maui, Hawaii for us. She found us the the best time to visit during the summer. After booking the flights and hotels package, she kept in touch. Our flight times kept getting changed. After one of the updates, Pandia noticed that the airline changed our seats assignments so our family would not be sitting together. Pandia planned a trip for our family, a group of 14 people, to go to Orlando FL and Walt Disney World. It was an incredible trip and would not have gone so smoothly without Pandia’s help through Picture This Travel. She asked all the right questions, learned what was important to us for lodging, location, and activities and planned everything perfectly. Her list of things to do and apps to download before traveling was perfect. We were scheduled to fly out of MCI on 12/22, and a big snowstorm was imminent. Pandia prepared us to leave early and she worked tirelessly to reschedule our flights and arrange extra accommodations to get us out of town before the storm. She answered questions through her travel app while we were in London and took care of the details for us when a rail strike in the UK canceled one of our excursions. She planned the perfect amount of activities and still left us enough free time to explore the city on our own. This vacation was a dream come true, thanks in large part to Pandia’s efforts. We will definitely be working with Pandia for our future travel.

The Majestic Elegance resort is wonderful. We had 5-star service and wonderful food. The "Flavors" breakfast buffet is exceptional. We watched two shows - lots of fun, but slightly surreal to be rocking to a Latino band covering Bon Jovi.
We enjoyed one excursion from the resort snorkeling the Puerto Morelos coral reef National Park with Alltournative Adventures. Friendly staff, particularly "Maui" the supportive guide who allowed two of our group to have the comfort of hanging on his float as they were uncomfortable in the water. Good quality snorkel gear was provided. However, with no pool to test-fit gear, practice mask-clearing or breathing through a snorkel, 1st time attendees were challenged to learn-on-the-go. (The tour begins as a slide off the edge of the boat above the reef.) The depth is wonderful for snorkelin

Pandia planned a "girls cruise" for three generations of ladies. She provided coordination of transportation and lodging from the airport to cruise launch and home again that ensured smooth sailing and peace of mind. We had a great experience with Pandia. While we had a pretty good idea what we were looking for when we started, but I had lots of anxiety, and it was great having someone else to calm my fears and think through the options. We almost waited too late to book, and had some trouble getting our flights, but she worked really hard to get them. I'm pretty sure she had to make a lot of phone calls to figure out why they weren't going through. In the end, the original flights were not available, but she came up with another solution that was actually better than the original option.

Pandia was the reason that not only made this Disney trip happen, but how we were able to do it so well! She perfectly customized all our dining plans and rides to fit our family’s needs and tastes. She prepared and coached us on how to utilize our time, dining credits and fast passes most efficiently but built in flexibility as well. It’s her attention to detail and problem solving that caught and fixed a mistake in our flight plans that no one else saw. For such a busy (but fun) vacation, I was actually able to completely relax because Pandia had our back. For a mom on a family vacation, that is NOT common.

I’m so glad we had Pandia’s help in planning our Disney vacation! She was very responsive and quick to answer all my Disney questions as a first timer. She had so many great tips for how to navigate the parks and make the most of every moment. She helped us plan all aspects of our trip and even found us last minute reservations to Chef Mickey. She even jumped in on Christmas Eve to help us locate tickets that had been lost in the mail right before fast pass day!
