Fantastic trip

That was our second time using Susan's service. She is such a pleasure to work with. We take her recommendation, because we trust her. At the beginning she ask lots of questions, that's how she knows what kind of travelers we are, our hobbies, interests, likes and dislikes. She takes care of our budget too, never pushes our limit just to sell. That is a big concern for us (these days everyone wants to sell sell sell, that can be very annoying.) Not with Susan. She respects our request, and we really appreciate it.
Our travel was fantastic, we enjoyed every moment. That's the reason we keep coming back to Susan knowing we don't have to worry, only focus on to have the best time. We kindly recommend her to our friends, family.

Last minute weekend getaway

I use Susan's service for awhile, because she always finds great deals, last minute vacation and she is only a phone call away. Requesting a trip with such short time energizes her, because she is so passionate about sending her clients to a wonderful vacation, short or longer time. She is pleasure to talk with, very reliable and knowledgeable. I called her up to find me something exciting, also relaxing ( if I wanted to) for a quick weekend getaway. She had some idea, we decided to go to one of the Florida keys best Resort and Spa. Susan jumped in to book a garden room with private patio (knowing that I may bring my girlfriend), ordered a bottle of Champagne and sweet bites to our room. It was such a nice touch from her.
Needless to say we had an amazing, unforgettable weekend.

Best family trip in Disney

I called Susan to help me with a trip to Orlando, since she lives in Florida not far from Orlando. I expected she knows the whole area, specifically Walt Disney World, what was dream of my five years old little son. After the initial phone call Susan started to plan our vacation. She suggested a few resorts keeping in mind that our son loves water, so the resorts must have nice pool area, more pools are the better. Distance to the Magic and Animal Kingdom from the Resort should be just a short shuttle ride, since we didn't want to rent a car. Susan carefully paid attention to our request, helped with all the small details and gave recommendation, and useful tips how to make our vacation more fun less stress. She was very professional really knowing her craft. We had an exhaustingly good time in Orlando, trip that we never will forget. Many thanks to Susan!

The best first cruise

Wonderful cruising

Fun business trip

Just came back from a business trip, that thanks for Susan, turned out actually a fun trip. I am not too keen about flying, but I must do a quick business trip to NYC. Susan insisted to fly on first class, she booked an amazing Hotel looking over Central Park. She also surprised me with a Broadway show ticket she booked for me on-line. Concert in Dublin

We booked travel with Susan before, this time we wanted to do a short trip to Ireland, the main reason was to see Simply Red's concert in Dublin. Matter of fact a year earlier we were looking the possibility to go to that concert, where-ever our favorite band will play. As soon as we got the tickets - the most important part- we called Susan to book flights, hotel for us and recommendation what to do in Dublin while we were there. Susan seamlessly build a detailed itinerary with recommendation not only what to do or see in Dublin, but also suggestion of the local transportation. Fantastic cruise to Mexico

We are returning customers of Susan, because she is doing exquisite job every time. We had a cruise trip in our mind, so called her for suggestion. We had one request only, that we wanted to dance as we love Latin music and dancing. Susan started right away searching different cruise lines and ports. Soon enough she presented a Carnival cruise deals with two authentic Mexican ports, Cozumel and Costa Maya. Both well known of its pristine beaches, super snorkeling spots and real Mexican music along the beaches, restaurants. Besides dancing in Mexico with locals, during the cruise Latin dance classes were offered on board. Another great advantage made us book the cruise was that we could embark from Tampa Port, which is very close to our homes. Susan always deliver much more that we would expect, she is passionately doing her job. Best time solo cruising

I wholeheartedly recommend Susan, Travel Advisor in your travel needs. Susan was extremely kind, friendly and professional, she earned my trust during our first phone call. That time I was in a painful marital situation that I needed to go away from. I wanted to travel somewhere, but didn't really have a plan. During our phone call Susan asked about my hobbies, interests, what I like to do, while I travel, also if I have any particular place I would love to go. How soon I would like to get away and how long? I was so indecisive not knowing what I really wanted. Then a great idea popped up in her mind, I never would think of. Since I wanted to travel alone, -alone but not lonely-Susan suggested to go on a cruise that designed for solo travelers. Bingo! I loved that idea. Susan started her research right away finding a good deal that fit in my timeframe and financially doable. She called me back next day, that she found a super deal for me on Norwegian Cruise Line. She was so passionate about sending me on that cruise knowing that I will have a fantastic time, I truly appreciated her uplifting energy. Susan explained everything I had to know about cruising, gave me good tips on how to plan activities on board, booking dinner reservation etc., also recommended some excursions to think about. She didn't just want sell and overbook my days, only helpfully build up a relaxing, enjoyable, memorable time leaving room for newly acquired friendships. With her knowledge and prompt booking of the cruise, some excursions, taken care of parking tickets at the cruise port, as well secure travel insurance Susan took off hard work of my shoulder. I had fantastic time, best memories cruising solo.

Christmas in Cancun

With a few available options we have chosen Cancun for our base place to stay in an all inclusive hotel, and exploring the area and beyond from there. Ladies Group Cruise

Our Hungarian ladies group regularly visit North America and while we are crossing the Atlantic ocean from Europe, we always look for exciting trips, cruises. We already knew Susan she was highly recommended to us. This time we wanted to go on a cruise, needed three cabins. Susan found a super good deal on Princess, she said even she will take that cruise with us. She took care of all the prep work, booking and emailed the details. Also gave us good information about how to make dinner reservation, how to navigate on the big ship, what clothing are recommended etc. Susan truly prepared every small details, therefore we wont have any issues or problems. Romantic vacation

My friend recommended Susan, travel agent from New York that time, so I called her soon. She was very kind, funny, easy to talk to and I had trust in her right away. I wanted to take my girlfriend to a romantic place, surprised on her birthday. Susan promised she will do a short research and come back to me with some options. I decided I would go with her number one suggestion, an all inclusive brand new resort located on Vieques Island of Puerto Rico. She booked the beautiful resort, flights from NYC to San Juan on JetBlue, a smaller charter flight from San Juan to Vieques Island, where a local taxi waited for our arrival, to take us to the Wyndham Resort. Susan was so thoughtful she even requested the Concierge to have chocolate and flowers arranged in our room. My girlfriend was in heaven, I never saw her that happy in my life (well since we were dating). Because of Susan's precise and thoughtful prep work, we had the most romantic trip on the Island. My truest gratitude to Susan, whom I recommend since to all my friends and family members.

I met Susan on a Travel Show in Washington DC, she worked as a European Travel Advisor. I didn't immediately booked trip with her, but she called me after the Travel Show and kindly insisted that I should go on that trip to see Amsterdam, Budapest, Croatia and grab a great deal she offered. So I booked that European trip with her, unfortunately Covid19 came to our way, and I had to postpone it for almost two years. And not only postpone it, but needed to shorten it to leave out the Amsterdam part. Susan was very understanding and helpful modifying the trip. She was always available, when I had question, and assured me I will have an amazing time in Budapest and Croatia. And I truly had the best time on both places. The best trip of our lives

One of many travels that Susan orchestrated for our group of 2-6 people happened to be in Costa Rica. For the six of us this time it was the very first time in Costa Rica and the trip became the best trip of our lives. Costa Rica's beauty, Mother Nature and of course the Pura Vida spirit enchanted all of us. Especially with Susan's personal touch carefully choosing an all inclusive resort, booking not one but two rental cars, listed must to see attractions, to go villages, recommended trusted adventure companies and much more. From the beginning to the end coming back home the whole trip went smoothly, without any worries or mishap, filled with endless memories.

The best time in the USA

I' am writing this review regarding our group of mixed European travelers. We knew Susan from New York ( she was our tour guide there) so we trusted her with another travel plan for us, while we were visiting the US. She put together an awesome trip to a few National Parks, and Las Vegas as we requested. She carefully organized everything, not only how to get from A to B, where to eat, mapping out every points of interests, providing entrance tickets on discounted price to Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion Park, but she even gave us daily weather prognosis day and night, opening and closing hours in those Parks. With her help we got even a super upgrade to our rental car, a beautiful brand new BMV SUV with GPS. We were on a strict budget, so mostly we stayed in budget hotels, air-bnb, only in Las Vegas we allowed a little luxury. Susan meticulously planned our route, stay and suggested great programs, must see locations or attractions. Like the Antelope canyon, that was absolutely the sweetest cherry on top of the cake!
We can't thank enough Susan for her wonderful precious work for us. We recommending her everywhere we go.

Well planned, very memorable trip

My husband has reached out to Susan to put together a Florida trip for the two of us. That trip was our first visit in Florida, so beside lots of sunshine we didn't know what to expect. We gave only two basic info, the time being we want to travel and the budget we can afford. Susan made an excellent job planning a fantastic itinerary, recommendations what cities, places we must go to, where to eat, what to do or visit besides enjoying the beaches in Sarasota, Clearwater, Miami, Key West.
