As a luxury travel advisor with Travel Leaders and the founder of Aisha Thomas Events & Destinations, I specialize in destination weddings, group celebrations, and milestone travel experiences designed with care, clarity, and thoughtful detail.

My background is rooted in full-service event production and strategic planning, supporting corporate, nonprofit, social, and destination-based events for over a decade. That experience shapes how I approach travel planning today. I don’t just book trips — I design journeys with a planner’s mindset and a host’s perspective, always thinking about flow, guest experience, communication, and the details that make an experience feel seamless.

Destination Weddings

Destination weddings are one of the most rewarding parts of my work. They require far more than choosing a beautiful location — they require structure, coordination, and calm leadership. Couples are not only planning a wedding, they are hosting an experience for their closest family and friends, often across borders and time zones.

I guide couples through every stage of the travel process, from destination and resort selection to room block strategy, guest travel coordination, timelines, and pre- and post-wedding celebrations. I work closely with on-site resort teams and wedding coordinators, while serving as a consistent point of contact for guests — answering questions, managing logistics, and ensuring everyone feels informed and supported.

My goal is simple: to remove stress from the travel process so couples can stay present and fully enjoy their celebration.

Celebratory & Group Travel

Beyond weddings, I specialize in celebratory travel — milestone birthdays, anniversaries, girls’ getaways, family trips, reunions, and group escapes. These trips bring people together to celebrate life, and they deserve the same level of intention as any major event.

Group travel can be complex, especially when guests have different expectations, budgets, and travel experience. I create structured, well-communicated plans that make participation easy and enjoyable for everyone involved. From curated resort selections to travel portals, timelines, and clear guidance, I ensure hosts can celebrate without feeling responsible for every detail.
