River Cruise Expert

Great folks to work with. Very attentive to our desires for our anniversary vacation. The accommodations were very good and within our budget. Overall I truly appreciated the work that was done and we are already working on next year's anniversary vacation to Italy.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeff and LeaAnne! They provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish and made our entire vacation planning process completely seamless and stress-free. For our most recent trip, we visited Disney World and stayed at Coronado Springs before heading off on a Disney Cruise. Every detail was handled beautifully, and the entire experience was amazing. Jeff and LeaAnne made sure we had everything we needed before we left, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were fully prepared to enjoy our vacation without having to worry about the details. They are incredibly responsive to emails, always available when we have questions, and genuinely take the time to understand what our family is looking for. Their recommendations have always been excellent, and we truly value their expertise when deciding where to travel and what experiences will be best for our family. Our family has used their services for the past several years, and we will absolutely continue to do so. They have made our vacations easier, more enjoyable, and truly memorable. We have also recommended Jeff and LeaAnne to numerous family members and friends, and we will continue to do so without hesitation. If you are looking for a travel agent who is knowledgeable, responsive, dependable, and genuinely cares about making your vacation special, we highly recommend Jeff and LeaAnne. They are fantastic at what they do, and we are so grateful to have them helping us plan our family vacations!

LeaAnne was amazing to work with from start to finish. This was our first trip to Universal and she gave me all the tips and tricks. Communication was 10/10. We ran into some minor issues at the resort at no fault of hers but she was there to help me navigate and get it resolved quickly. If you’re are looking for a travel agent stop looking and use LeaAnne and Jeff.

This was my wife and I's first vacation together since our honeymoon and it could not have been more enjoyable. The ease of the entire process really helped us during a busy season of life to not stress about connecting flights or transportation. Instead, we were able to look forward to what our resort had to offer and relax a little. The stay itself was great with everything being exactly as described if not even better. I can happily say that my next vacation will be booked through them as well.

The agent worked with me all the way starting with the process of deciding exactly where we wanted to visit in the South West, within the total time frame of 3 weeks. My interests (my husband went along with whatever I chose) were Indian reservation/ruins, national parks and monuments. Together, my agent and I decided to fly into Santa Fe and stay one week there as the initial base to visit various places in the surrounding area. Our following stays were 2 nights in Taos, 2 nights in Gallup, 2 nights in Farmington, New Mexico, then in Arizona: 2 nights in Kayenta, 4 nights in Sedona, concluding with 2 nights in Scottsdale. Ms. Dollar arranged all the lodging with my consent and all were at least 4 star level. It was comforting to know that all lodging was reserved and purposely chosen for their proximity (usually walking distance) to places of interest and restaurants. The agent kept in touch every few days just to check in. Having not traveled frequently, Ms. Dollar made sure I felt comfortable with the expected airport processes and made all those flight arrangements as well as vehicle rental. Working with the planning agent made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable and took away all my anxiety and worry. I have nothing but the absolute best to say about this experience using this agency and the Dollars were top notch!
