The agent worked with me all the way starting with the process of deciding exactly where we wanted to visit in the South West, within the total time frame of 3 weeks. My interests (my husband went along with whatever I chose) were Indian reservation/ruins, national parks and monuments. Together, my agent and I decided to fly into Santa Fe and stay one week there as the initial base to visit various places in the surrounding area. Our following stays were 2 nights in Taos, 2 nights in Gallup, 2 nights in Farmington, New Mexico, then in Arizona: 2 nights in Kayenta, 4 nights in Sedona, concluding with 2 nights in Scottsdale. Ms. Dollar arranged all the lodging with my consent and all were at least 4 star level. It was comforting to know that all lodging was reserved and purposely chosen for their proximity (usually walking distance) to places of interest and restaurants. The agent kept in touch every few days just to check in. Having not traveled frequently, Ms. Dollar made sure I felt comfortable with the expected airport processes and made all those flight arrangements as well as vehicle rental. Working with the planning agent made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable and took away all my anxiety and worry. I have nothing but the absolute best to say about this experience using this agency and the Dollars were top notch!

For someone to plan such a well executed vacation for 13 people from 4 states is an incredible accomplishment! Lea Anne spent a great deal of time to get details, ask questions and spend time meeting with our group several times on video to go over plans and listen to our desired trip goals. Our family had key moments together and time a part to explore what each wanted to do without being so pressed in too many areas. Plenty of information that helped us as Disney can be so overwhelming. With her vast experience she’s someone who I’d trust again to assist in planning many vacation trips.
