We did a split stay, and she made it completely seamless between Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. She went above and beyond to secure incredible rooms with the best views at both resorts waking up each morning felt magical. Our dining reservations were perfectly arranged at Disney Springs and along the beautiful Disney’s BoardWalk every restaurant was amazing, perfectly timed, and completely stress-free. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Lucia’s organization, attention to detail, and dedication made the entire weekend smooth, fun, and unforgettable. I reached out to Lucia about two and a half weeks before we wanted to travel, and she made this last-minute trip an absolute breeze! From the very beginning, she quickly presented all of our options for the weekend we wanted to celebrate our daughter’s second birthday and had us booked right away. After we confirmed, she sent a detailed email covering everything I would need—answering questions before I even had the chance to ask them. Since we booked close to sailing, we were automatically assigned the later dinner seating, which wasn’t ideal with two little ones. Lucia immediately submitted a request to move us to the earlier seating and handled it seamlessly. She went above and beyond by submitting all of our magical celebration requests, sending pirate costume options, and making sure every detail was covered. Truly, all I had to do was pack my family and get us to the ship! The thought of planning a last-minute trip felt overwhelming, but Lucia made it effortless. We’ve already placed a placeholder for our next cruise and are discussing options. Without a doubt, I’ll be reaching out to Lucia for all of our future Disney vacations! ?
