Mitzi was incredibly helpful on our first trip to Disney world. She was knowledgeable on the parks and hotels. She coordinated a stroller rental that was waiting for us at check in and a driver (with car seats!) too and from the airport. She also was able to get us a great location on our room at the hotel which was such a big help after a long day at the parks.
