Agent Specializing in All-Inclusive Resorts

Absolutely love Mitzi. I let her know everything I liked and disliked and she planned me the perfect vacation. I have never used a travel agent before but after this experience she is my go to girl. I could not have planned it better myself. Mitzi was on top of everything and any changes she notified me and we found the best solution for us. I would highly recommend her for any of your vacation needs and plan on using her expertise in the future. Thank you for the best vacation.

If you are planning a honeymoon or any all-inclusive getaway, look no further than Mitzi Palmer! Booking with her was the best decision my wife and I could have made for our trip to St. Lucia. From start to finish, Mitzi was incredibly caring, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure our trip was perfect. The resort she recommended, Sandals Regency La Toc, was absolutely amazing. We fell in love with the beautiful beach, the incredible food, and the top-tier service. It was exactly the relaxing, romantic honeymoon we were dreaming of. She also gave us the expert advice to book the island ferry transfer to get to the resort instead of taking the long drive, and it was a fantastic decision that saved us so much time and hassle. But what truly set Mitzi apart was how she handled the unexpected. When JetBlue completely messed up our flights, I didn't have to stress for a single second. While my wife and I just sat back and relaxed, Mitzi immediately jumped into action. She called both Sandals and the airline, advocated for us, and got everything completely sorted out behind the scenes. That kind of peace of mind is priceless. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to book their next trip with Mitzi. She is an absolute professional, and we will definitely be using her for all of our future vacations!

Mitzi scheduled our baby moon, and it was also our first all inclusive resort! She answered all of our questions no matter how silly, and was sure to give us any heads up on pregnancy specific deals, benefits or even tips. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Mitzi made our first experience cruising super easy! She was prepared, responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way. We had an amazing time and will definitely use her again on our next trip.

If you're looking for a travel agent who truly delivers, look no further. My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary with an all-inclusive trip to the Dominican Republic, and it was nothing short of incredible — and we have our travel agent to thank for every detail. From the moment we reached out, they listened to exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing, romantic getaway where we could unwind and truly disconnect. They didn't just book a resort — they found the *right* resort, perfectly matched to our vibe. The property was stunning, the service was world-class, and everything from our room to the beach access exceeded our expectations. What really set this experience apart was how seamless everything was. Transfers, check-in details, dining recommendations — it was all handled ahead of time so we never had to think about logistics. We just showed up and enjoyed ourselves. This was genuinely one of the best trips we've ever taken as a couple. If you're planning a special occasion and want someone who actually puts thought and care into the experience, I can't recommend them highly enough. We're already talking about booking our next trip through them.

Mitzi handled my family's Disney trip from start to finish last fall, and she also booked us an Adventure By Disney trip to Costa Rica this summer. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Best trip ever! I never knew playing in mud could be such fun! What an adventure we will never forget in Puerto Rico.

It was our first family trip to Disney and Mitzi thought of everything! There was no detail that was not taken care of. We even had a little snafu and she handled it directly while we were there on our behalf. Having someone who allowed us to show up and enjoy is a 10/10 trip! Thank you Mitzi!!

Mitzi was incredibly helpful on our first trip to Disney world. She was knowledgeable on the parks and hotels. She coordinated a stroller rental that was waiting for us at check in and a driver (with car seats!) too and from the airport. She also was able to get us a great location on our room at the hotel which was such a big help after a long day at the parks.

Mitzi has been super responsive and very patient with our multi-generational family planning a group summer vacation. She helped us evaluate a lot of different options.

My trip is still a couple months out but Mitzi has been great to work with! She gave me and my family great options for all inclusive hotels. Booking has been super easy with her help.

My son recommended Mitzi. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things related to Disney property and vacations. She has saved me so much planning time and has offered many fantastic suggestions that we’re are taking advantage of for our trip. I highly recommend her. I would not hesitate using her again myself! And as someone that goes to Disney every couple years, I’m sure I will!

I had such a great experience working with this travel agent. What started as a few casual questions quickly turned into an incredibly helpful and insightful planning process. She truly went above and beyond—researching multiple options, taking the time to understand my family’s specific needs, and tailoring recommendations that felt both thoughtful and practical. I especially appreciated how she balanced her own professional experience with the feedback I’d gathered from friends and family. She didn’t just suggest ideas—she explained considerations I hadn’t even thought about and offered additional, complementary services that made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. As someone who loves both traveling and planning trips, I didn’t expect to feel this impressed—but working with her has been a total game changer. It’s so reassuring to have someone who clearly knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about getting every detail right. I’m already loving being “spoiled” by her expertise and support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to elevate their travel experience.

Mitzi was a pleasure to work with to plan our family trip to Mexico. We booked a little late and she went above and beyond to ensure we found the room type that we wanted. Mitzi handled all of our transit which made our entire trip so much easier as we had multiple families traveling. Great experience with Mitzi and great trip to Mexico!!
