Travel has been woven into the fabric of my life for as long as I can remember. I spent years living in Paris and London, traveling throughout Europe with my family, and exploring destinations across the globe during my career as a corporate executive. Those experiences didn't just give me a passport full of stamps — they gave me a deep, personal understanding of what it means to travel well.

After a rewarding career in technology leadership, I made the decision to turn a lifelong passion into a second chapter I truly love. I launched Travel by Chrystie to do one thing exceptionally well: help discerning travelers experience the world in a way that feels effortless, memorable, and entirely their own.

I specialize in luxury European itineraries, Caribbean escapes, and river and ocean cruises, with a particular love for Paris — my favorite city in the world — and all the remarkable regions of Italy. I also plan multigenerational family travel, because some of life's greatest memories are made when the people you love most are all in the same place.

What I bring to every trip is something no algorithm can replicate: the experience of someone who has actually been there. I've navigated the charming chaos of Italian hill towns, walked the grand boulevards of Paris at every season, and learned firsthand that the difference between a good trip and an extraordinary one often comes down to the details. My clients trust me to know those details — and to care about getting them right.

But what I love most about this work isn't the logistics. It's the moment a client sees their itinerary for the first time and their eyes light up. It's the message I receive when they return home, telling me it was everything they hoped it would be. Helping people make their travel dreams a reality is a privilege I don't take lightly.

Outside of travel planning, I'm a proud mom to two wonderful adult children, happily married, and deeply rooted in the Lowcountry community of Bluffton, South Carolina. I also serve on the board of a local nonprofit dedicated to making tennis accessible to everyone — from Special Olympics participants to students in after-school programs and county recreational classes across Beaufort and Jasper Counties. Giving back to the community I call home is something I feel strongly about, and it's a reminder that the best experiences in life — whether across the world or right in your own backyard — are the ones that connect us to something larger than ourselves.
