Life As a Chef
At my core, I’m a chef who works as a travel advisor. I’ve been cooking since I was 3 and now I’m pursuing my dream of becoming one of the greats by pioneering a fusion of African, Caribbean and Japanese cuisine.
With family roots in Barbados and Nigeria and a deep love for Japanese food and culture, this mix of cuisines felt the most like me.
I’m currently studying at the Culinary Institute of America, majoring in food business with a Japanese cuisine minor. I plan to spend time in Japan after school before opening my own restaurant.
As your travel advisor, I use this culinary background to design food-focused Caribbean itineraries and carefully vet restaurants so every meal on your trip feels intentional, memorable and worth savoring.
