Chris help us plan an excellent cruise trip with our two teenage boys. He was able to help us when there were last-minute cancellations on our hotel and was able to secure rooms that were even better than our original. We felt secure using Chris.. because we were going with the two teenagers. I wanted to have a travel agent and Chris made sure everything was smooth from the beginning to the end.
