We had been planning a trip to Mexico for my 40th birthday, and Caroline was incredible in helping us plan and took such good care of us. There were 8 of us who booked with her, and one of our members had mobility issues and we had two severe food allergies in our group. Caroline took care of EVERYTHING, she dealt with the airlines, the transfers, the resort and my hundreds of messages, emails and requests. We had used a different agent in the past and had a tramumatic experience while on vacation so I was a little anxious to go down south again, and Caroline was available, reassuring, and beyond helpful. My cousin and his family surprised us while we were on our trip and Caroline helped his family navigate and plan their trip as well. Truly, Caroline went above and beyond for us, she really made our trip special and took care of the accessibility requests and issues for us - she was incredible. I would book anything with her, her professionalism, excitement, and assistance was top notch, and I'm so thankful to her and the whole team!

We took a Celebrity cruise to Key West and the Bahamas. Caroline was responsive, orderly, and accommodating. She would take our requests in stride and make suggestions that made our trip even better.
