My name is Amy Whitlatch, and I have been a travel advisor since October 2023, but my love for travel and helping others explore the world began long before that. For more than 20 years, I have been an educator, and teaching has shaped not only how I view the world but also how I plan travel.

Each year, I have the privilege of taking my students to Walt Disney World for the Disney Imagination Campus, where they learn through immersive experiences, creativity, and innovation. Watching students discover new places and new perspectives is one of the greatest joys of my career—and it’s a feeling I strive to share with every client I work with. My passion for Disney runs deep. I love sharing my knowledge of the parks, resorts, dining, and experiences with my family, friends, students, and now with the incredible clients I am honored to serve.

Disney has always been a place where memories are made, and being able to help others create those magical moments is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Travel is something that my family embraces wholeheartedly. I have two children who have grown up loving adventures as much as I do, and our journeys together continue to shape who we are.

Recently, my partner and I made travel an intentional and ongoing part of our lives, exploring destinations such as Key West, Cozumel, Boston, Newport, Halifax, and Portland, Maine. While we love our annual trips to Clearwater Beach, we’ve also expanded our horizons through cruising and have fallen in love with discovering the world by sea. We’re already counting down the days to our upcoming adventures in Northern Europe and the Bahamas.

What makes travel so meaningful to me is the continuous learning it provides—something that mirrors my life as an educator. Both travel and education open doors, broaden perspectives, and create lasting memories. That connection is at the heart of why I love what I do as a travel professional.
