Hi Im Annie, a native Charlestonian, seasoned chef, and passionate traveler with nearly three decades of culinary and travel/exploration experience. I've traveled the world -13 of those years solo, and the last 14 years alongside my family. Travel has offered me a rich and unforgettable way to to see the world and connect more deeply with people and culture.

I believe travel is about more than destinations- its about connection. I seek out meaningful cultural experiences, local relationships and authentic moments over luxury and indulgence. From wandering through vibrant city markets and driving back roads through small towns, to cooking with fresh local ingredients while on the road. 
I find joy living the way the locals live. Dining, walking, driving and learning WITH and from locals in there authentic favorite places is what its all about. 

My mission is to inspire people to travel with intention, curiosity, and an appetite for genuine human connection. Lets go!

Alongside my 30 year career as a chef, I've spent 20 years in the concierge and hospitality industry, working across multiple countries and cities. I'm deeply passionate about the power of travel, the richness of human connection, and the joy of experiencing food that is not only delicious and nutritious, but also rooted in regional and historical tradition.

So far, I've explored 23 countries and had the privilege of cooking in eight different regions of th world - its been nothing short of extraordinary. I truly believe that when when you step outside your comfort zone and immerse yourself in new people, places and flavors, you naturally cultivate a sense of gratitude and abundance that enriches your every day life.

It’s the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like family, not just a client. What really sets her apart is how much she knows. She thought of things we never would’ve thought to ask about — backup plans, local quirks, packing tips, airport intel, all the little details — and had an answer for everything. She’s not just booking trips, she’s mastered the art of travel. She also has a gift for putting together experiences that felt exclusive and unforgettable, the kind of thing you’d expect to pay way more for elsewhere, but with her it felt effortless. Annie also helped plan a Christmas trip to Edinburgh for our family that was every bit as magical as you can imagine. In addition to travel arrangements, she found tickets for a stellar Christmas music performance at the Queen's Hall, with a mulled wine reception following, as well as midnight Mass times at the local cathedral and even dinner reservations out on Christmas Eve--- which was no small job to find. I suspect she even had something to do with the snow on Edinburgh Castle on Christmas Day. We saw it fall while having tea at the Balmoral Hotel, which she recommended. She is an enthusiastic conspirator as a travel agent and really looks to craft the kind of trip that only you are looking to plan.

Most recently Annie found us an adorable lake cottage for our family vacation that had direct access to the lake and was in easy driving distance to Chimney Rock State Park and Chimney Rock Village. The cottage was even decorated in a Clemson University theme----my husband's alma mater! We felt truly at home. She also helped smooth over a little problem with one of the bedposts that was broken by one of the children. Annie was there to step in and handle communication with the hosts. She was a delight to interact with every step of the way.
