Excellent help and support during the vetting process of the resorts and booking. Catherine very responsive and easy to work with. We will recommend her as opportunities arise. As for the resort itself, at the highest level the following two statements sum it up for us: The resort is huge and incredible; the service was inconsistent. There were superb examples and then those that weren't consistent with what we were expecting, given the expense. Nobody was rude, but there were examples of staff that gave a distinct impression that they werent happy in their job. We also found many that were just so nice. We made note of many names and where we encountered them and I am going to call them out when I submit a Google review! Would we recommend Beaches and would we go back? Probably so. With a few caveats however. But, cant deny.. we enjoyed ourselves! Thanks Catherine!
