Tammie has planned two trips for my family and I within the past year and a half- a 16 day trip all over Ireland, and 8 days in London and the English Countryside. I feel so blessed to have found her through a google search, she has assisted our family at creating amazing travel plans and lifelong memories.
Although we have never met in person, I almost feel as though Tammie is a friend. She has put so much time and effort into getting to know us,, and has worked tirelessly to make our travel dreams come true! Tammie impressed us from the start with her insights and knowledge. We started to plan a trip ourselves, but then she guided us to much better solutions that led us to more opportunities and adventures than we had ever imagined. Her contacts and understanding of Scotland were incredible, from the self-catering cottage, to the driver we hired for two days. Through her contacts, we wound up seeing the King and Queen at Balmoral going to church. I would highly recommend Tammie if you are looking for the perfect adventure. This was our first time booking with Tammie and we couldn’t be happier! She is extremely knowledgeable, extremely organized and did an amazing trip for us . The tour that we went on in Sicily was terrific. The guide was fabulous and made the tour so much fun. The private guides Tammie organized for us were also fantastic.. we went to so many wonderful special magical places… anytime there was an issue with anything,not that there were many I would email Tammie and she was right on it. I heard about Tammie from a good friend who had just come back from a wonderful trip to Ireland. I was recovering from health issues at the time, and my friend suggested that I call Tammie because she would see to everything for this trip. She was so right. Tammie put me at my ease from the first phone call, when I felt a little silly about how unclear I was about what I wanted from my trip. She was so helpful in sorting it all out and asking the right questions to create a trip proposal that was exactly what we were looking for. She organized airport transfers and great accommodations in London. We were close to everything. We loved our tour to the West Country in England. Our tour guide, Julia, was brilliant and always mindful of each of us on the tour. Wonderful scenery and experiences!
As someone who usually does all of her own bookings with variable success, I was delighted to work with Tammie. Tammie thought of everything and set up such a smooth experience for us. From finding the right tour, arranging seamless transfers, and booking comfortable accommodations, Tammie made our trip memorable.

A dream come true!

This trip was one that had been in the making for years, thinking talking and hoping one day we as a family could go. While looking at tours my sister and brother in law came upon Tammie who specializes in Scotland vacations. We contacted her and it was the best thing we could have done! Tammie is so personable, knowledgeable and very keen to get exactly what you , her client wants. She was easy to work with , easy to contact for questions and very quick to return calls.We made a list of places that were non negotiable and also places we would all like to see if possible. She managed to squeeze everything in and do it within the given budget. We had a private driver who was fantastic! He goes above and beyond, is knowledgeable about the areas toured . I would highly recommend Neil and taking a custom tour.We started our trip In Glasgow and took a tour with a company called Scotland’s Wild and it was truly amazing! Our driver was James who was so full of historical information, entertaining, and even had music to set the scenes of our locations while driving. The day was Rainey and overcast but it only enhanced the beauty of the highlands with shades of greens and cloudy mists. next day met our driver Neil to continue onto Paisley to see where our ancestors had lived.Our trip consisted of twelve days of unforgettable tours to Castles , whisky distilleries, making a Scottish traditional dinner with a local woman , one of my favorites which I so highly recommend was dinner and lodging at theDownright Gabbler an experience not to be missed. We visited a working farm, had lunch in a beautiful historic manor and felted with a local artisan while the guys did archery. Tammie created such a wonderful itinerary for us , she booked and selected our hotels, train transportation, tours, etc.! It takes a lot of pressure off especially never having been to Scotland before and allowed us to just enjoy the trip to the fullest.

Tammie goes above and beyond. There were 5 of us, all with different interests , some with food allergies and one with physical limitations. Would have been lost on the WHW without Tammie!

We always wanted to walk the West Highland Way, and we had the guidebooks and maps – but Tammie’s expertise and guidance made the trip possible. Because she knew the route first-hand, she was able to recommend how much we could confidently walk in a day, what parts were the most challenging, and most importantly - where to stop and stay. Many stops were in remote locations, and she helped us find the right inns and B&Bs to stay at.
We would have been very literally lost without Tammie!
The hike was amazing and with her help we booked a car for a self-drive to explore the rest of the country. We saw the sights we wanted, but also got “off the beaten track” and feel like we got to experience the real Scotland.
We already want to go back, already have other walks and hikes we want to try – and will get Tammie to help us again next time.

Great 4 day private tour of Scotch Distilleries

Our group of 3 Scotch lovers decided to revive our trip to Scotland that had been cancelled previously due to the Covid shutdown. We contacted Tammie and she worked with her Scottish contact to organize a private 4 day tour of Scotch Distilleries. We gave Tammie a list of places we wanted to see and despite the short time frame between booking and departure Tammie was able to put together a top notch package for us. Great Scotland vacation

Truly a Bucket List Trip

With a family of four, we wanted to ensure that we had a flexible itinerary, and Tammie helped us to arrange the perfect balance between pre-booked activities and suggested activities. Incredible experience! Tammie made planning the trip worry-free, seamless, and tailored specifically to our interests. Tammie was more than happy to work with our specific requests as well as suggest her own can't-miss excursions. Tammie's preparation and organization made the trip itself very fluid, from checking into accommodations to picking up rental cars and doing excursions. Tammie did a fantastic job researching accommodations - self-catering and full service breakfast and we experienced both. One of our self-catering was in a castle - so exciting. We had great distillery tours, roamed through wonderful castles and Outlander filming sites. It was unbelievable how much ground we covered. Well done!

Tammie was a godsend to myself, my husband and the siblings that went on the trip. She was so kind and patience and very knowlegeable. Listening to what we wanted to do and see and making suggestions.
As my one sister is in a wheelchair she worked with a partner who lives in Scotland and was able to book our hotels and make sure we had an accessible room for my sister. He also purchased the Tattoo tickets for us. She researched the accessiblity of the castle, etc., that we hoped to visit.
She booked our airline tickets for us and kept in contact throughout the pandemic and used our vouchers to arrange new airline tickets the covid no travel ban was lifted. She was always willing to answer our numerous questions and put us at ease.
I would highly recommend Tammie and also her partner Neil and actually have already done so. Should we be in a position to book another trip Tammie will be my first call.

Fabulous Trip to Scotland and Northern Ireland!

We can't say enough about how amazing Tammie is! We have done a fair bit of travel, and this turned out to be one of our best trips ever.
When we first connected, Tammie asked a lot of questions in order to understand our likes and dislikes, then she translated that into a fantastic trip, within our budget, that we would never have been able to design on our own. Tammie did all the bookings for our three-week adventure - flights, accommodations, trains, buses, and excursions. She provided a back-up plan for a small part of the trip, just in case bad weather disrupted travel to one of the islands. She was frequently in touch during planning and booking to get our feedback on different options.
We will definitely ask her to help us with upcoming travel!!!

Our amazing trip to Scotland!

Tammie was great to work with- with many thoughts and ideas based on our limited knowledge of Scotland and the time we had available to tour around, we emailed back and forth to better identify our likes and preferences for a trip. We had a an extremely short timeline to plan our trip and Tammie suggested some wonderful locations that we never would have discovered on our own. Travel brochures all offered the same generic sites, Tammie created an amazing itinerary perfectly tailored for us with the level of travel and activity we were hoping for. We had a fabulous time and plan to travel with her assistance another time. Our trip was worry free, and every little detail was well thought out for us, including many once in a lifetime experiences. We may have to go to Scotland again - now that we know all the beautiful locations we have left to see there. Our Dream is Coming True!!

Tammie has been a god send to me and our family. We have had a dream for a number of year to do a siblings trip to Scotland. Both for heritage and sightseeing prposes. One of my siblings has MS and is wheelchair bond. She can do most things for herself at her own pace. We thought that if we could hire a private van and driver in Scotland it would work better for her and we could customize our tour to what we want to see and do.
Tammie has made this happen but we have not had the experience yet because the pandemic halted world travel. We really had no worries moving our trip forward to 2022 as Tammie assisted us with the requirements to do that. She has been so professional, friendly and accommodating. She also made some great suggestions of places we might like to visit. We felt that she was treating us as she would her own family.
She has kept us informed of any and all changes affecting our trip through covid-19 and we continue to feel we are in good hands.

Great Family Vacation

Tammie did a great job planning a trip to Scotland for myself and twelve of my family members. Everything was planned beautifully so that we did not have to worry about anything, every day a new adventure. We traveled from Glasgow up to the Isle of Skye and over to Edinburgh and back to Glasgow for our flight home. We suggested to places we wanted to visit and Tammie was able to put together an itinerary that satisfied everyone in our group that ranged in age from 20 up to 70 years. She is very personable and willing to make adjustments, answering numerous questions, all to make for a carefree and unforgettable trip for us all.

Saving our dream trip!

Working with Tammie was the best decision I could have made when planning my trip to the UK. She went absolutely above and beyond when it came to understanding who I was, and suggesting sights and attractions that would interest me. All my transportation, accommodations, day trips, train tickets, ferry tickets….everything was booked and taken care of by Tammie. Because of her, I felt confident in travelling during Covid, as she had done all the research required for me having up to date documents and tests. She pulled my entire 1 month trip together mere weeks before I was set to fly (I reached out to her quite late, realizing that I was going to need a lot of help in order to get the trip organized) and there is no way I could have had such a life changing and magnificent trip without her. I have been to Scotland many times. This time was the best. Tammie put together an awesome tour. I went and saw so many places that I've never seen before. I even got to sleep in a castle! Last minute trip
