First Time Cruise Experience

I worked with Kristin to plan my first cruise. She made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. She took care of all the major trip arrangement, but it was the little touches that made me feel confident as the cruise date approached: an onboarding package mailed to my house with a tote bag, luggage tags, cute cruise door magnets, and other fun surprises; dairy free menu options on the cruise and during excursions; and most important to me…one month before the departure date she hosted a zoom call and we walked through the entire trip, confirming travel details, excursion itineraries, and addressed all my questions.
The trip was amazing!! I would do it again. I highly recommend it!!

Kristen coordinated a family trip for us for a celebration of life. Our families had different priorities, budgets and needs. Kristen was able to address all of our needs, wants and "have to"s and still keep us together and happy! The property was beautiful and had all the things we wanted. We were close to shopping, restaurants and places to sightsee. Kristen was a good resource for these as well as planning our celebration of life. I definitely recommend her services!
