We had booked a cruise independently as we were not familiar with Juan's service. However, we neglected to book a hotel in the port city, so we called on Juan to help us out and find something in Barcelona. Our parameters included a place by the basilica within our budget. Very quickly I was sent links to three locations. I told Juan the one I wanted, and he booked it. He even took care of the details - such as the view and whether it included a balcony. Even after that, Juan contacted the hotel to ensure our requests would be met. And then.... We wanted an excursion to see the city and sights. Again, Juan came through with different choices for us - we chose one, and it was booked. It was just that easy. Not long after, I wanted to book a cruise that included a specific destination, and I contacted Juan. Again, every detail was attended to, and instead of having to scour the internet for hours looking for something I wanted, he was able to do it quickly and return the results I needed. I will use Juan for all my travel needs in the future. He does all the legwork, secures the best prices, and completes the task quickly and efficiently.

I have never had a travel agent as good as Juan. From day, one, he checked in with me, and kept me up-to-date on offers for different types of cruises. Once we decided on the cruise and booked, he continued to check in and followed up to see if I had any questions. When on the ship, I had an issue about the free drinks everywhere. I texted Juan and without hesitation, he checked into the matter and got back to me in a matter of minutes. He assured me everything was taken care of. And to my surprise, everything was taken care of! This was the best experience I have ever had when booking through a travel agent. I highly recommend Juan and Jessica. This trip started out stressful, not due to anything Juan or Jessica had done. The airport delayed several of our flights, we ended missing our connecting flight and I wanted to cry! However at 10:45pm to almost midnight Juan and Jessica were right by our sides (on the phone) they helped guide us through the biggest airport in the US. They helped get us a shuttle to our unplanned hotel stay (not at our destination due to missing our flight). I felt 100% better knowing they were right there with us the whole way! They genuinely shared are concern about our trip. They checked up on us doing the trip and made everything convenient for us on the way home from the trip. They provided important info about our flight and making sure we had our boarding passes on hand. Even with the stress of the airport, I would say this trip was a success! My family enjoyed our trip stress free knowing we were in good hands. I felt like Juan and Jessica went above and beyond. Thank you and God bless you both for all your hard work!
